It's a Previews/Diamond exclusive so it won't be at Funko's booth. I'm just assuming that they probably won't have access to them to sell.

Gemini has gotten other Previews exclusives though. So I mean, it's not crazy to think that they'll get this one... eventually. Maybe not on SDCC weekend, but at some point they could have a few. Still, I probably wouldn't be relying on that if this is something you really want to get.

My presumption was that "Previews Exclusive" means anyone can order any number (within reason, with caps, etc.) through Previews, if one noticed when it was solicited. Therefore, even stores could finagle some if they a) knew and b) tried. Logically....

But other's are more likely to KNOW than to guess, probably.

I saw that too and it made me think that EE would get some after the con or maybe other retailers would get them after the con. Either way I am fine waiting as long as I know I can get one.
