Not sure about the city of Everett but in Seattle proper there are laws regarding sitting on sidewalks. Just something to be aware of. If Funko asks don't line up before 6am, don't do it. They (or you) could be subject to a fine.

I know right. Considering the days leading up to the opening of the Pop Up Shop, I'm hoping people actually follow the law that is in place. I'm sure it's there for a reason.

I think more importantly, downtown Everett just isn't the place you'd want to be hanging out in overnight.
