Nope. Every Walmart I've been to is always sold out.

Do you happen to know if they were showing in stock on brick seek? Trying to decide if it's worth the trip to my Walmart. Nothing showing in stock, but not so sure I trust that.

Thanks! We just stopped by there on a whim. I checked just now and all four are showing out of stock at that store and every other store in the Dallas area. So Brickseek is definitely not working on these, at least not in my area.

Finally was able to find the 2 I couldn't get online in store in South Florida this weekend. They had a couple of each but were not in a special display or really displayed at all. They were with the regular Pop!s and have of them were laid flat or sideways so they could fit on the shelf. If you weren't looking for them you definitely wouldn't find them.

That one is actually a Walgreens exclusive, not Wal-Mart, and it’s in stock online:

Will definitively be getting the Cantina & Leia on the bike.

Talking of Leia... I'm about to start my Star Wars pop collection, I see there's a Han & a Luke celebration pop, but no Leia? What would be the pop to go with those 2 to start off the collection with? (Hope its OK to ask here, just thought about it then) :)

I don’t think there’s a medal ceremony Leia. You could track down an Episode IV Leia in her white dress, but she’s holding her gun. That would be strange posed with Han and Luke’s medal versions.

My local Walmart got just two Movie Moments, both being the Trash Compactor scene, at least that's all they put out. Squeezed them into an empty spot on a shelf below the TLJ Pops. I'm glad they learned their lesson with overstocking. Funko merch has sadly been selling very poorly there in recent months. The only exception seems to be Porgs. lol

Indeed I saw that.

What do you guys think would be a good "starter" pack for SW? I'm looking to get Leia, Han & Luke definitely and maybe Vader. Hoping to start at a New Hope and work my way forward from there :)

I'll be honest - not too fond of the earlier Pops, their eyes are too far apart, and hate the look of 3PO.

Hate the way R2 looks as well, maybe I'm better off to start from Force Awakens?

I actually started with Force Awakens. It’s easier to come up with a well rounded collection, and I prefer the newer style.

Hmm, I might as well. And have the Original trilogy pops as the Movie Moments, that way I can showcased "Movie Moments" from the O.T.

If that makes sense aha :D

These Movie Moments are a curse. I managed to find a Cloud City Duel at Walgreens after never expecting to find it so I caved and bought one. Not long after my fiance and I decided to trim down our collection and we decided to stay away from them after the 4 Walmart glams were shown. Ended up selling the Cloud City to a friend only to walk into Walmart and find a grip of their exclusives sitting on the shelf.

I think we stood in that Walmart aisle for a solid 30 minutes debating whether we should get all of them or not. $100 later we made our walk of shame out of Walmart with movie moments in tow. Ended up just repurchasing the Walgreens Cloud City Duel when it went up online a few days later. We hate ourselves lol

Seriously, we're so disappointed but they were hard to resist once you see how cool they are in person. To make it worse we were talking on the drive there about how relieved we were not going after them because our Walmarts are garbage and even if we did find them they would be all beat to hell. I was pretty stead-fast in saying no when I saw them but my lady is a die-hard SW fan and betrayed me. I'm just guilty of not wanting to say no to her lmao

You could do the Hoth Leia, Hoth Luke, Hoth Han, Hoth Chewie and Wampa from Empire for a set. However, if you dislike the look of earlier pops, maybe you do want to go with The Force Awakens.

Oh, wow, I didn't even know there was a Hoth Chewie! Hoth Leia is going for about $70+ on eBay though, that's the only issue.

I'm really surprised there was never a "celebration" Leia, or None that I know of aha.

My plan was :

Luke, Han & Leia celebration = ANH
Hoth Luke, Hoth Leia, Vader, Hoth Han & Dagobah Yoda = ESB
Endor Luke, Jedi Luke, Vader & Emperor = ROTJ

But I think its a bit late, so the O.T Movie Moments will have to do.

Will def get ;

Death Star Duel
Trash compactor escape
Cloud city duel
I would get Escape Pod but why is 3POs eyes so odd looking & R2 has a square head.

I see there's no MM for ROTJ, do you guys think they'll do one? Emperors Throne Room would be good.

Just a little heads up for my fellow UK folks, it looks like all 5 star wars movie moments are available for pre-order on 'Pop In A Box' UK with a release date on January 1st 2018. They say they will be quite limited but its worth a go if you are after them.

The one off of loop 12 and i35? Because i just left that one and they had every single walmart exclusive movie moment a few times over. They literally had them jammed in sideways to get them all to fit.

Indeed, a but odd.

Gee...just thinking & mentioned here before, but a
Geonosis scene where all the Jedi are surrounded would be awesome.

And if they could do something with Thrawn, I would freak out!

I managed to get them all when my Walmart stocked dozens of each Moment last week. I WAS in the practice of keeping the SW rides in their boxes. But the Moments made me rework my whole SW section. Pops in box are ok, but Rides have so much clear, thick inserts it really takes away from them. So by freeing all of them from boxes, I gained a huge amount of room as a bonus!

Managed to get myself a death star duel one which I'm very happy about.
