Anybody notice that when you go to bestbuy.com, in the "search best buy" search bar type Sora (DON'T HIT ENTER), the final form Sora shows as a suggested search query, even displaying a thumbnail of the figure. but when you click on it, it says page cannot be displayed? BB doesn't seem to get what I'm saying when I try to direct them to this confusion.

Anyone know what's up with this. The stores (Toys'R'Us and Beat Buy) say to keep an eye on the websites, and they wi reflect the molment they are available. I do NOT want to miss these exclusives. Suggestions?

No, not always. It could go live and your store could not get it for a few days, perhaps even a week or so. It is a good way to tell when it will be in the store,

Sry, ya... that's what I meant. When the website shows they have it, that means their warehouse has it, and it's just a matter of time before the stores have it. But the stores definitely won't have it before the link is live. I'm happy. Just glad I haven't missed it yet. Is Toys'R'Us the same? And thank you very much for the clarifications!!

Ive never been able to get the Best Buy pops. They are never there at the store.

O_O nuuuu don't say that! I've been waiting months for this and my dream is already disintegrating! T_T
Freakin' hell... I called Best Buy to see if there's any info on when it will go live, or if i can order directly through them. In order to show them what's goin on, why the confusion, I told them to go to their website, and in search bar on the home page type Sora without hitting enter, to allow suggestions to come up. On all of my devices and all the CS Desks at three of their stores all get the same search suggestions. For whatever reason, the CS phone line are getting completely different search suggestions. ](*,)

Now the only thing left for me to worry about this year is Final Form Sora. Unfortunately the BestBuy website is not my friend... Whenever I get to checkout, it glitches and tells me to order via some 1-800 number. Has that ever happened to anyone else when ordering via BestBuy? I wonder if calling would be safe.

You were able to to the the site that shows the final form sora and add it to your cart?? I cant even get that far. Any time i go to the product page, it comes up with a "page cannot be found" type error...

Oh, no, sorry if I made it sound that way. I just like to test out sites I haven't ordered from before (I have a slow connection) since things need to go really fast when ordering Funko exclusives, lol

I when to mine Best Buy today see if they had Sora there and they did but when I walk up to pay for him he wasn't showing up to be ring. So they had to get a MRG. and it took them about 5 mins to fine out that they couldn't sale him until next friday. Dec. 15 so they told me I had to do a per-order for him. So I don't know how you got to get him.

DIdn't even realize BB had it up online but I did stop by the store and asked Customer Service to preorder one. All you have to do is provide them the SKU # and you either put a $5 deposit down or pay the full price.

I placed my order online last night with in-store pick up as the only option. My store said sold out, so I'm gonna assume that they just havent gotten their shipment yet. If this is my best chance at getting Final Form Sora, I'm not gonna cancel that order until I know for sure.

Everytime I try the site it says only available at best buy.com with in store pickup but non within 250 miles of me or any zip code I put in.

It's got a street date of 12/15 so it should go live soon.
The link finally shows the picture but nothing can be ordered at this time

My Best Buy had Sora last Sat. I had him in my hand but when I got to the check out it wasn't coming up so they had to call the MRG. he couldn't fine him on the computer for about 5 mins. but once he did he told me that I couldn't get him until the 15th but I'm going to be picking him up on the 16th since my job is next door to Best Buy. I had to put a per-order for him of $5. I do have him some what so I just need to get him this Sat.

So... finally got it!! woot!! Sort of. The day the final form link went live on BB website, I went into to Best Buy and they were REALLY awesome in helping me order one. The closest store that had one was 65mi away. Idk how they did it. But, I just picked it up today and.... um... ya. Idk how I feel about this. The box is all jacked up, and the paint job (especially around neck and Oathkeeper keyblade) is REAL sloppy. I couldn't exactly make a fuss at Best Buy, since they really did go a long way to help. But, what do I do? Also, some pops kinda stand up on their own, some come with discs to prop them... I really wanted this one on my desk out of the box, but this one doesn't even try to stand on its own.
Any suggestions on a replacement? Through Funko? Through Best Buy?

Bummer, that sucks.

I don't think funko replaces retail exclusives like that son think you need to go through BB to get a replacement.

Hoping I can snag one that looks good.

Well, 2.5hrs total trying to get Best Buy to help me out with no success :\ apparently they cant put in a request to have one store ship an item to another store, even when they sell a broken item. The closest stores are over 2hrs away. Like @LujaKulu, I just can't justify driving around like that. Emailed Funko since this is a factory defect with how bad the paint job turned out. Let's hope. I dont have many pops (70 and growing) but its enough to know what the real life paint job standards are on these things vs what the pictures show on website descriptions, which im pretty certain are CG snapshots of the figures.

But whoever is saying they haven't played the games... go play them!! NOW! they're amazing. KH2 starts strong with Roxas and then regains traction once you get to Beast Castle. KH2 was funnest for me, but KH1 just can't be outdone with overall experience. I really wish FF characters and Worlds were utilized more though :\
