Haha. It's my collection and I will do what I want. I like obscure characters that I know nothing about.

TRU has many commons up online, no exclusives. Porgs are already sold out, guessing people trying to eat up the chases.

I heard somebody ask about it when I first got over here. It's now midnight and still nothing. If I had known, I would've went to a different Walmart.

My daughter and I went to TRU. Cool t-shirt + poster. Lots of cool stuff (she loves her new stuffed Porg). Met some nice folks, picked up a Chewie (and grabbed the flocked Chewie when I got home). Fun SW night.

Went down the road to another walmart after figuring out the last one wasn't putting the Star Wars stuff out. One entire side of the Pop display is smashed, destroying all those boxes. Someone has already been here and wiped out everything else. My Force Friday sucks. Lol

It's about time these were officially announced. It's ridiculous that they waited this long, but I'm glad it finally happened, and I'm relieved it was before Force Friday. Now I can finally make a list of what I want, having a complete picture of what will be out there.

It's hilarious that there's a 2nd Porg chase. The insane number of Porgs have caused me to completely lose interest in them. I was originally planning on getting one until more were leaked. I'm shocked there's only one Rey. It's a bit ridiculous, considering she's the main character, but as someone who is trying to have a complete Rey Pop collection, I am relieved. Now there's no pressure. I'm thankful Funko saved me some money and space. The only problem with that is there's not as much to get excited about. Rey is my only must-have, but I am seriously considering getting DJ too. I'm worried his character won't get much screen time, but I'm a fan of Benicio del Toro. I'm sure he will make the most of any amount of screen time he gets, big or small. He's one of those actors who steals the spotlight in every scene he's in. The only other three I might buy are BB-8, common BB-9E, and the Walmart exclusive BB Unit. A year ago I figured I would try to stay complete on my BB-8 collection, but I'm having a hard time justifying buying the new one when it has such minor differences. I might pass on the BB Unit because of the head design. It looks ridiculous without a dome, IMO. The BL exclusive chrome BB-9E looks amazing and would normally be a must-have, but I don't have a BL anywhere near me, and I don't want to pay shipping charges for it online, so it will have to be a pass for me. I'm about 50/50 on those three right now, and likely won't be able to make a final decision until I see them at Walmart tomorrow morning. The only other store I will likely go to is GS. I'm avoiding the flocked Pops, so I can skip HT and FYE. The only reason I would go to Target is if something I wanted at Walmart was sold out.

Outside of Funko, I only have one want from Hasbro, the 3.75" Rey action figure. That's it. The only other thing I could see myself buying is a t-shirt or two if Walmart has any for TLJ. They had a TON for TFA, but not a single one for RO. Not on Force Friday, and never since. I had to get my RO shirts from Kmart. Oddly enough that's the only RO merch Kmart had.

I am still very excited about my hunt in the morning, despite possibly not having much to get. It'll be fun just to see the stuff finally out for sale.

Yea the common version is online. My TRU didn't have any exclusives at all. It was a waste of time, but the shirt and poster are cool freebies. The least they could do as the only store giving away stuff to people that showed up.

I was able to snag a good amount of commons. Buying exclusives online is always a gamble, but so much easier.

Stopped by a Walmart this morning to check out the leftovers, and was surprised to find absolutely nothing. Not one single shred of Last Jedi merch on any shelf anywhere. Usually there's a scrap or two left behind, but not today. I asked a manager if they had set up a display elsewhere in the store, and the response I got was: "Star Wars? All that stock is in the toy department. What's 'Force Friday'?"
