That was definitely me and my wife. We kept trying and trying to no avail. After payment info the screen would just go white into a B&N purgatory of some sort. Heck, it's still sitting in her cart even now with nowhere to go.

I would liked to have done the same but we were always so busy investing our time under the tents of the everything else line. At least the PopUp shop lineup was more on the up and up. There's so many linecutters and cheaters that ruin your efforts no matter how early you get started.

My HT order is getting here today. So that will be the end of my SDCC stuff. And just in time to be complete for 30 seconds until the next HP wave comes out!

I had a huge haul from Fundays, and a bunch of boxes on my porch when I got home, and more stuff arriving daily. Someone has a problem lol I'll take a picture of it all once it's all here.

It was terrible x)
Because of how funko works. They gave only a few pops to the Europeans shops so it was completely impossible to have what you wanted. But the worse is that even if I ordered some pops I am not even sure to receive them because Funko keeps changing their mind about the number they want to give.
And Luna! Luna is an exclusive so you can't find her anywhere ! How could a HT exclusive become a double exclusive? There is no communication, a few confirmations which change everytime.. it's a mess for the european market ^^ It was easier last year ! I'm stiml hoping that Popcultcha will receive Luna again! And I 'll patientely wait until september to see if I receive my Lord of the rings Pops, HP , Clara , Steve and the Occamy! ( Tigger will be sold tomorrow ! I can't wait to try biying it!!).

I got everything I wanted except for two.

Blue chrome batman and Megazord eluded me well. So glad I managed to get daffy and a sike-o-shriner.

Does getting stuff off Ebay count? I caved and got Mr. Toad and Flash conan on top of my haul mentioned above. These are the second and third funko pops I have gotten off Ebay. I plan to keep my Ebay numbers low and reserve to ones I really had to have. Mr. Toad and Flash Conan were a must for me this year. My disney and funko fanatic combination is dangerous when things like Mr. Toad make an appearance.

Luckily I got everything I wanted. Even though I was at SDCC, I ordered all of them online since the Funko lines were soooo long.

I missed out on Chrome Batman. I really wanted to buy him this year. Hopefully he will show some time. I know several people got him on different sites. I need to pay more attention I guess.

Everything I wanted minus Baxter. Local comic shop in Megazord so I was thrilled with that. TDog & Steve from HT. LOTR2 pack, manbat & mr Clarke from GS. I thought this years line up was pretty weak but I snagged quite a few to keep with collections.

They had a huge line on Thursday to get in so it looks like they gave out wristbands for Friday after letting in 200 people on Thursday. Then around noon on Thursday they allowed people to line up for wristbands for Saturday. Initially they were going to give out the wristbands Friday morning at 8am, but then they told us they wanted to change it to noon. Then they changed it again and gave out the wristbands at 7:30pm on Thursday.

Each wristband was numbered and they allowed you into the shop based on your number so on Saturday we did not have to camp out again. We all knew the order since it was determined by the number on our wristband.

Haha so I didn't get your screen name from SDCC but I was 67. Sucks that you didn't get into the booth but you didn't miss much. By 2pm, they had sold out of over half of the items. I don't agree with how they handled the restocking of the booth this year.

Was cool hanging out with you in line!

I feel your pain. I have given up on the funko booth the last two years. They moved to the ticket system and it is just as bad as when it was all about being first in exhibit hall floor or in the area when line becomes uncapped. It just has its own set of problems. That is why I love the shared part. It makes me happy. As a result, its only fundays and preview night access to booth that is disappointing. I am already counting down for Fundays 2018 because 2016 was such a blast. It was a sad Friday night because all I could think about was the blast I had at Fundays 2016.

I am hoping SDCC learns that people are unhappy with this system and goes to a lottery. This way I can at least sleep in a bed!.

After waiting since 3pm on Wednesday to get into the booth on Thursday, CCI managed to let people in the back again. By the time I got to the Funko line, it was half way to the Marriott. I was only in the 5th chute in the 1st tent but I know people in the 2nd chute that didn't even get a chance to touch the iPad (ie. they didn't even get to try for a wristband). That pretty much spoiled any further attempt to get into the booth. I wasn't going to risk wasting 20+ hours without even getting to try for a wristband.

Btw, CCI did nothing when people complained to them even though this is the 3rd year in a row that they let people in the back of Sails on Thursday.

How did it go? It went really well. I was able to enter the Funko booth (which was Thursday morning) and got the Pops I wanted. Also got Spidey Conan (through trade), Jedi Conan, and White Walker Conan. Plus I was able to get the Night King. Very happy of the outcome--to be honest, I didn't think it would be like this, but I was determined. Btw, I can't forget what I got from this year's Fundays, which was good. Now here comes the challenge, finding room to fit it all. Lol

Only had Thursday and Sunday passes this year. A friend of mine and I spent 12 hours in line Wednesday and Saturday evening and didn't make it into funkos line =[ I did make it into the pop up shop but by the time I was at the front they ran out of the one thing I wanted, bugs and Hyde 2 pack =[ still great to be able to grab Pete puma and stupor duck though!!! And it was my first year at fundays where I met some great people and learned about this forum!!

You are good people, giving up Snoke like that! It's things like this that keep me going to cons, and doing my best to pay it forward when I can!

Thanks, it was a bit difficult to give up a cool looking pop like Snoke but its becoming harder and harder to get into the funko booth and I know how hard it can be for some to camp out for these things. Comic Con should be continue to be about having fun and spending time with the family. At times SDCC brings out the worst in people and if there's something I can do to change that its worth a try. Im new to Funko but have found that I truly love the brand and what it creates. Its fun and I hope that giving a kid a pop only makes him love the brand more as well.

Missed out on GITD Baxter - I was 3 people from the front of the line after the guy bought a ton of them on Wed or Thurs.... then after that they were selling out super fast.
Got into the Pop Up shop, and into Fundays, but didnt get into the booth so didnt get to score the SDCC/Shared exclusives....
missed out on the Chrome Batman

although got to Run into Brian on the con floor and talked to him about the Pop numbering system, which was pretty awesome...
All in All, had a great Funko/SDCC weekend!

My HT order arrived at a nearby store today. I am probably getting it on Monday. My Box lunch order comes next week. My ebay order comes next week. After that, my SDCC will wrap up. Then its time to hopefully let wallet recover, so far wallet recovery looks good as no release really has me jumping for them. Although my pre-orders of new Lion King are coming through. I do have pre-orders for ducktales, but those shouldn't ship till next month unless they come early.

Most of my online orders are in. I need to check my email and see if I still have a Box Lunch order. Walgreens order was smushed-mainly because they put in the Pops, and then put the air-bags and then forced the box shut. I was able to straighten out the boxes somewhat. I went on a mini hunt today, and found the Gwenpool w/Selfie Stick at my local Hot Topic. I just wanted to see what was out there, didn't really have my heart set on anything.

I did manage to get in the Funko booth Thursday morning, and got everything I wanted (and then some). We had people trying to cut in when we walked up to do the iPad. No one official was policing the back of the line going up to the iPads, so we had to do it. They warned us to keep track of who was in front of us and behind us, so they are aware that it happens. The line ups for everything in Sails is crazy.

I don't know if I will do the booth next year. It was a major time-sucker, and was worth it, but I feel like I missed out on some panels I wanted to see and my Thursday morning exhibit hall time (technically I was in the hall, LOL!). I am glad that I got it done the first day of Con though. If I get Preview Night next year, I definitely won't try. Not having it this year helped ease the pain of having to spend time in line on Wednesday. Especially if the powers that be won't work to improve things.

I haven't had errors like that since I left sneaker collecting in 2012. B&N didn't deserve the exclusives they got.

it was my first time at SDCC and on Wednesday night I was in the EE line about 100 people in. I felt good about being able to get a chance for a ticket. that morning we were lead in a few people running past but not many, still have a good shot. by the time we got to the area where we stand in line for Funko and Hasbro I notice the line was all the way out to the back of the convention center. how the hell did those people get in line when I was so close to the front? I got twards the front to were I was to be lead into the main line they screamed funko is sold out. As you can imagine I was not too happy about it, turns out that people walked in from the back and apparently it happens every year. next time ill know to just hang out in back. or just not bother.

Yeah I heard they where cutting... and the volunteers didn't do much to help... that's why I didn't even try to get in line. I wanted to try the game of thrones experience but that line was like 8 hours [-( That was crazy

Some suspicipus guy near us in line was telling me that CCI imposes rules and limitations on volunteers/line management that if they get rushed by a certain number of people (over 8 I think he said) you're supposed to just let them go by. Trying to stop people in large numbers is against safety policy.
