Kinda crazy how widespread this issue was and that Funko isn't going to re-send them to you guys! I'm so sorry. I know it must feel crummy to have your hopes up like that then have it taken away. *hugs for you guys*

That is a major bummer, they will have the product back, it will be a bit more to ship them out and while everything in a business adds up this would be a drop in the bucket to slap a new label on box and send it back out. I'm sorry to every one whos packages got turned back like this.

I'm in the sent back club. It is crazy how they got that far with no address. They have names on them though so my fingers are crossed that Funko will figure it out and resend them. I know people have said they wont but they tend to go above and beyond so i have hope!

If they stick to their initial stance that they won't re-send them, I wonder what they will do with the ones that got returned. I do though hope Funko does re-send them to their fans.

Maybe, but I think its cruel to give people this hope they have one on the way and then pull it back because mailing got screwed up. On top of that, sounds like in some cases Funko might have screwed up the shipping label.

I’m sorry to hear about everyone’s pop being sent back, i was unfortunately lucky, the early morning i found out that mine was going to be sent back, i immediately called UPS to try and stop because if i got a new tracking number that means it was found and USPS never picked it up, (Mind you i have a friend that works in the USPS and helped me along the way.) so later that same day i get a call from the DC that they had my package and i told them to hold it because I was going to pick it up myself in case this happened again. I went the next day picked up the package and sure enough it was the holographic freddy! Thank Brian and Funko for this pop!

Now my advice to everyone that is getting their pop sent back if you got a new tracking number try to get it sent back to you call the customer service number UPS has and hopefully they can stop it and have sent back to you, in my case they said I rejected the packagae when it never showed up and I complained so mich that they were able to find it and hold it. Don’t give up!!!

Don't give up hope everyone ! My friend originally got his POP sent back to funko but funko just sent him an email saying that they would send it back to him. All he had to do was confirm his address $\:D/$ this is why funko is amazing

i just got the same email. here's hoping it works, and that you other dudes get one as well!

They also said that if if comes back a second time, the package will be destroyed. Somehow I doubt that...

Welp, looks like its over for me and my Freddy. I've been trying to track down Freddy for 2 weeks now. Calling UPS. Calling the P.O. Going to the P.O. I had USPS customer service investigating it and got a call back today that the manifest or pallet that was scanned in with my package on it had about 30 packages and all were delivered on the 28th, except mine. So pretty much never made it on the pallet is my understanding. That's about right. UPS had told me that they can't investigate it any further because they say they delivered it to the P.O. and have wiped their hands of it so to speak. Of course. The P.O. guy tells me I should call the sender and tell them. I'm fairly certain Funko won't be able to do anything as they have no more for a replacement and they don't have my package to re-send. Disappointed to say the absolute least. :smt090

Sorry to hear that Kammra. Mine was the same, no one can track it. Funko said there is nothing they can do about it, which I get. If I were them though I would want to go after UPS for the fact that so many are messed up. On package is fine but it seems like a lot of us had the same problem and UPS needs to make good with Funko.

Thanks...I am sorry for you as well. I agree, Funko had a contract with UPS for this SurePost thing (as told to me by the UPS guy) and they obviously couldn't deliver. Pardon the pun. So, I hope Funko will/can do something about that and hold them accountable. I mean, if its 10 of us they probably won't bother with it, but if there were hundreds, maybe. Regardless, I hope they see how much of a disappointment it is to us fans that never received their Thank you Freddy after believing we would be on account of the shipping issues.

Does anybody else get upset every time they see one of these for sale or trade? To me it's just wrong, it was a gift from a friend (yea I consider funko/Brian/pops as friends).

Can't say I get upset (and I did not receive one either). People are free to do with it as they please. I know Brian has said the same thing about all the loot people are given at Fundays.

The fundays thing doesn't bother me at all, those people, at least some, spend a lot of money to get there and buy tickets. But yea i guess its a to each their own type situation.

The Fundays stuff doesn't always bother me as much. I know some of them are flippers that go just for that, but sometimes someone will get something of a character they have no interest in. I can't blame them for selling or trading it for something else they want instead.

not lucky enough like y'all to get freddy directly from funko even though I voted, but I did trade one of my extra lucky dorbz for him. kinda takes the special feeling out of getting it from funko but I'm happy for it to be my first freddy outside of my flux set from fundays.

looking to grab virgo and one of the two robots freddys as well and then I'll probably be good until fundays next year

I recieved an email saying they got the box back and I needed to confirm my address. After that, got another message with a FedEx Ground tracking number. The expected delivery is Tuesday, so we'll see.

A good thing to do if you haven't already, check your original UPS tracking number. That's how I found out that it was being returned to Funko. Once I saw that, I contacted Funko about it. Worth a shot.

Mine says delivered to local post office and the post office says they don't have it.
