I have the last thing I want on my list coming to me so I'm all set for this year. Was also glad I was able to assist a bunch of people.

Any in particular you're looking for? I know a few stores around me still have some in stock, certainly willing to make a trip to help a funatic out!

Many stores sold out everywhere. I think the most shocking thing is the fact that these companies have such horrible shipping standards. I've seen so many of these images of people getting Pops crushed and destroyed. So sad. Saw another persons order from Walmart today and it looked like a disaster zone. This makes the hunt even worse.

Pop hunting went well. I held off on going crazy and buying everything like I did last year and came out satisfied. There is 1 piece that I'll be hunting post SDCC craze. Hopefully everyone got everything from their wishlist.

I was pretty successful other than B&N. The site never loaded for me the whole night into the next day, and by the time I could get it to go, things were sold out. I give up with B&N from now on since this happens every single time they have exclusives. Next year I'll see if a friend or family member can try to pick them up for me back home while I am in SD.

Overall, pretty well! Got everything from the stores that we wanted aside from Tick but he should be on the way to me. I missed on Daffy from the funko shop due to being on vacation and timing but I'll survive. My Baxters from WM came in completely demolished yesterday :( He was my top want coming in, too. So I'll have to track a mint (or close) one down.

Oh and I need GITD Baxter :D

I did pretty well on everything except barnes and noble site of course! Managed to get a tick and scareglow the following day at my local B&N after I took off work for "an appointment" for a few hours  Other than that I was able to get a few things fro the funko-shop and even managed to snag a couple things from gemini too! All-in-all in was pretty successful :freddy2:

Today I went to a Barnes and Nobles about an hour away from me. I expected to find very little if not nothing. My local B&N was rife with Harry Potter and The Lorax, so I imagined I'd walk into a similar offering.

However, I get there and there's nothing...not one Summer exclusive pop. I ask the worker and he says, "Oh yeah...no, there nothing. They were gone within hours. Then he proceeds to tell me that he and a few other mall employees have the whole mall on lockdown. He begins naming the stores that he's cleared out and finishes by telling me laughingly, "not to bother."

I looked around and still saw The Mountain, Twin Peaks 2-Pack, Westworld samurai, Masked Elliot, The Coon, Selfie Gwenpool, Freddy's, Dean w/car... so he and his cohorts weren't entirely being truthful but aside from the Masked Elliot I wasn't interested in any of those.

After striking out a few days I managed to get into the Funko booth Sunday at noon, just in time to see Roxy sell out!!! It was great to be there though and the Funko team was very pleasant.

I wish the TT Blue Batman was available during my time slot at the Funko booth. They were available at all the other times. Where I was in line they would be available the other days. I guess they didn't restock that many the time I was there. I tried for the GITD Baxter once after that didn't even try again it was impossible to get thru the Nickelodeon booth.

This was my first time hunting during SDCC! I only had 5 on my list and minus one of those they were all either at the mall or right next door at B&N. Got to B&N 20 minutes after they opened and missed out on Tigger but was able to get Harry Potter. Went over and waited at Box Lunch for it to open so I could get the Aladdin Dorbz Ride. I was a few back in line and when we got in I couldn't reach through and asked very nicely if the guy in front of me could grab one and he grabbed one for himself and walked away saying something very rude. Thankfully another guy was nice and handed one too me. Then I booked it over to HT and grabbed up Luna. I was resigned to not getting Chip & Dale because I don't have any FYE's near me but somehow through all miracles refreshed their twitter literally 5 seconds after the link went live and was able to grab them! Also tried my hand at getting Tigger online and somehow snatched him up as well! So for my first SDCC (or Con) in general I was very happy with my purchases!

Harry Potter, Disney, and POP's/Dorbz from my favorite movies/tv shows are my weakness!

I got most of the shared exclusives I wanted, but I missed out on the LE Funko booth ones. Not for lack of trying though. At least I won a free Spider-Man Conan from the online giveaway to make up for some of it. :)

Was very rough for me. Decided to campout overnight wednesday night for the funko lottery line. I was in the second chute for the everything else line. Apparently that's still not enough. Volunteer staff had no idea where the line formed and merged the line and so a lot of people cut the line. Was very moody that day. Probably gonna camp out earlier next time.

Tried on Saturday to get Baxter GITD but line was capped as soon as the convention opened welp.

Got some Ochaco at funimation and white walker conan. Had a blast on funday on friday as well. It can't be all bad at least.

I was at Comic Con and couldn't get into the booth - they ran out of tickets before I got to the front of the line all four days. I was really close on Sunday, too. I have been trying to get into the booth for the last 5 years, and 2016 is the only year I have managed to do it.

I had five I "needed" - The Tick, Lincoln from The 100, Steve and Mr. Clarke from Stranger Things, and Clara from Doctor Who. Because I was at the con, I missed The Tick online. Lincoln is a no go (and I didn't even notice he was limited to 750 until I went back over the blog posts Monday before leaving for the con to finalize my want list). I was able to walk into Hot Topic Tuesday after getting back from the show and grab Clara and Steve with no issue. No Mr. Clark at any Gamestop near me, so I just bought him on eBay.

I did much better at the funko booth this year than I did last year, luck was in my favor this time. Main thing I wanted was the blue Batman which I got.

I was disappointed bait didn't do some unique pop Asia like they did last year but not so bad saving the money either

Congrats to everyone who got what they were trying for! I did alright this year.. I was at SDCC, but never managed to get into the booth so I missed out on Mr. Toad, which was my most wanted, but I knew he was a longshot anyways. The other one I missed out on was the Brienne/Tormund Dorbz 2-pack.. Still holding onto hope for that one on ebay though!

SDCC worked out pretty well for me since I had a PN ticket. I managed to get everything I wanted and help out some friends. I was very surprised that all the limited pops were still available for so long on PN. I was probably 20ish in line, but I had a friend get in near the end and still score the things she wanted.

I did get the feeling that there were less booths selling second hand pops than in previous years. I was hoping to find a few pieces, but the sellers that were there only had commons for the most part. But I guess that's a good thing since NYCC is coming up and I can buy pops there and just carry them home as opposed to the UPS store.

That was definitely me and my wife. We kept trying and trying to no avail. After payment info the screen would just go white into a B&N purgatory of some sort. Heck, it's still sitting in her cart even now with nowhere to go.

I didn't buy any from the shared retailers because I was at SDCC but then I bomb when it came to getting into the funko booth, I manage to get Qwenpool on the last day.
