Fundays 2017 Freddy Funko Pops design ideas

Is it wrong that I am totally hoping for some Freddys from lines I don't collect so that I can stalk the room and find whoever gets MOTU Dorbz protos and make some trades? Choosing between like a Harry Potter and a He-Man Dorbz proto would be like my worst nightmare. At this point I guess I should just focus on getting a Fundays ticket, right?

Ha ha. Let's not turn this into a 'I hope I get Fundays tickets' thread because we are all super-nervous for Fundays.

Now that I know what you are looking for, I will keep it in mind if I somehow come across a MOTU Dorbz proto (not likely but also not impossible).

How about I propose a thread closer to Fundays, after we know who has tickets and is attending, for everyone's wish list?
A few of us had talked about something like this before, but we need to figure out how to be sure the list is used for good and not evil.

That would be a very handy list to have. We can even post on it during Fundays so I don't have to go around to every single table to see what everyone has. Not that I do that...

Yes, my soul can be bought for MOTU protos...well, probably not just any of them. Definitely for She-ra though I feel like I know what a decent number of boardies would be interested in proto wise, maybe...but a list would make it easier. you guys really think someone on this board would use that information to extort a crazy high price out of us? That just seems....mean. i actually have terrible proto luck at Fundays - last year I got two that I actually had to look up to figure out what they were. One I gave away and the other I still have. Need to make him a prize in something soon to just get rid of him

There were some back in the day so that would be cool if they revisited some of those! I'm just hoping we see some more Dorbz and XL Dorbz this year

I have a feeling they might bring some mega dorbz again this year at fun days....but will see...crossing fingers...will look cool with my batman next to it...

Really hoping for some Dorbz and Mega Dorbz. Maybe, if I am lucky enough to get a ticket, I could be lucky enough to snag one of the Mega Dorbz! They looked amazing! Not sure how everyone flew them home, but a nice problem to have.

Any chance they will increase the ticket limit this year? I went in 2015 but couldn't get one last year. Still got the 4th Doctor though so it wasn't a total fail

We're getting way off of my Freddy speculation thread topic.... but
I can't see Funko creating more tickets. The ballroom last year was huge. I think there were around 30-40 tables of 10 per section so we're in the 1500 people range. That is a huge party.
It appears like they could have added another 10, 20, 30 tables (100, 200, 300 people) but then I start to worry about fire codes and maximum occupancy. Granted we were comfortably seated in a room with lots of extra space on the sides and back, not like a concert or anything crazy, so we are probably not approaching maximum occupancy in any way.
I would love if they added more seats and more tickets since it increases the chances for me and my Funatic friends to attend. But Funko is already doing so much for their fans that they might not gain all that much by making it bigger and slightly more difficult to manage. At this point in Funko's popularity, there will be more people that want to go than tickets available.
We'll have to wait and see.

An Overwatch Freddy would be great, not sure which character yet though. I'm a huge Xmen fan so I wouldn't also mind seeing Magneto. With Justice League coming I also wouldn't mind seeing a Cyborg or Aquaman. Too many options to choose from honestly hahaha

Really hoping for a Freddy Spider-Man or even a Freddy Groot. Also hoping for maybe another Freddy in a Disney character as well since I missed the Freddy Buzz Lightyear.

Have they ever done a flocked Freddy before? Since they did some from Alice last year luke the Hatter with the rarer glow variant, what about a Beast Freddy this year with a rare flocked Beast variant? Could be fun.

Sorry to steer the thread off topic again but I would love this! I usually don't look for protos as they are a little too high for me but when certain Pop!s come out that I NEED the protos for *cough* McCree *cough* then I start looking out

Grunkle Stan Freddy would be my number one big time. I would be happy with any Gravity Falls, but feel that he would make the most sense as a Freddy. Imagine a fez crown!!!

There are just so many choices that I don't know how they even decide. Would love Freddy as Mickey Sorcerer or Freddy Groot, those would be awesome my son would love Freddy as an Overwatch or even the Kingdom Hearts (yeah, I know, Disney) But just hoping I get tickets so I can get whatever they hand out.

So there seems to be a heavy Disney theme with a lot of Disney releases and exclusives ranging from HT villain exclusives. I hopefully end up with three of them. The peter pan hot topic exclusive. Disney treasures and so on.

My top five are heavily Disney centered mixed in with cat in the hat:

1. Freddy Tiger
2. Freddy Peter Pan
3. Freddy Sam I am
4. Freddy Kingdom Hearts like Goofy
5. Freddy Indiana Jones

On another note, any idea as to when the Fundays announcement will come. I want to make sure I clear out my schedule so I can refresh like crazy like I did last year to get tickets again. My wife and I had a blast and made sure as part of our comic con savings this year, fundays is in the budget.
