Just got mine, and it was shipped differently than every other shipment I've gotten from them.. And much faster. It came FedEx, it's usually USPS. I got Secret Squirrel, Ricochet Rabbit, Penelope Pitstop, Quick Draw, Squiddly Diddly, Go Go Tomago, Wasabi No-Ginger, Mater, Anna, Alice (newest version), Mad Hatter (newest version), and Cheshire (newest version). Great box as far as I'm concerned. :D I really wish I'd get something special from them though.. Everything has been a common.

Just got mine today...again...not that great.

The box looked like it was used in a warehouse game of soccer and the pop box inside looked like a hideous victim of a train wreck.

They are FANTASTIC at finding and sending the lowest priority pops on my list and when I get more selective they can't find one to send me so I get nothing that month.

Got mine today, and for my surprise, it arrived early when I know it was supposed to arrive next week. Anyway, I got Mulan, but since I got Marty from them last week, I'm not gonna make a singe word of "I wanted something better"

This is why I have never pulled the trigger on this. I saw somewhere they had a 50% off deal recently. If they had that again, I'd definitely be game. I may still do it at some point, we'll see...

Im still waiting for my first boxes. It was sent 2016-02-01, and stil no box.

It have been 19 days now and usually post from UK to Sweden comes between 5-7 days.
As I don't know what POPs i get, and don't need 2 of any, I havent been abel to buy regular POPs durring my wait.
If the shipping was faster then I would have continued with this box.

Well, I'm going to be cancelling my subscription.

I signed up for two POPs a month, which comes to about $11 a POP, which is pretty reasonable compared to retail. This month, even though there were 6 - 8 POPs on my Wish List that are currently in stock on their site, they only sent me one -- Ross Gellar -- so I ended up paying more than $14 with shipping for a POP I could've gotten for $10 or less at retail. I don't get it. Why show that POPs can be ordered from their site, and then not send them as part of your sub box?

Really disappointed. I'm going to cancel my sub.

my payment failed one time for Feb. due to a stupid problem, but on their site it says once it gets to three times they will cancel the account. Just received an email from the them today when I complained about not getting a shipment this month and they stated that the account was canceled as soon as the payment didn't go through on the first attempt. So be careful people

Hmmm. It used to be the 1st for US orders. I wonder if they've changed it. I know it was the 14th last month, but I thought it would go back to the 1st this month.

50% off first box, and free gift... taking a gamble on this, wish there was a way to see what was added since I last went through their site so I can thumbs-down all the new unwanted things.

I ordered from them in January and was happy with what I got but I don't know if I can justify ordering from them on a regular basis. By the time I got my order from them I had already bought quite a few pops in store and had to keep all of my receipts just in case they sent me one had recently bought.

I use it as a way to stop myself from buying any until they arrive, good for my bank account to be honest :')

That 50% off plus free gift deal honestly pushed me into giving this a try for once. I was gonna wait until my finances were a little better, but what can I say? I'm a sucker for a good deal! So I'm doing a 3 Pop subscription just for this month (plus that free gift. WHAT IS IT?!) and hopefully it goes well! It's gonna come out to be $19 for all three pops and the free gift, so how can I go wrong?

Ordered a R2-R9 from them and what arrived was simply a tragedy. Took almost a month and looks like it spent most of that time being used as a doorstop for a really big door!

They shipped it in one of those very cheap boxes that feels like it's going to disintegrate just holding it.

I think I'm done with this. Lots of potential, but falls short when and where it matters.

I ordered two R2-R9's. The box they shipped with was that cheaper thinner cardboard, but there was minimal damage to the box. They had the inflated plastic space fillers inside and the two pops were individually bubble wrapped. However, each Pop had a considerable dent on the front of the box... clearly damaged prior to shipping. Damaged pop boxes are beginning to get annoying.

The damaged pops which are clearly sent damaged are the most annoying. They should have a way to preference those for people who don't keep the boxes or don't mind. I don't need my boxes perfect but rips and the boxes being caved in is irritating.
Still enjoying the service though, just a few things could be better (like most things in life) :)

Yeah, the damaged boxes that were sent that way almost makes me wanna start smashing my head into a brick wall. Amazon has been really bad at that, and after a bunch of amazing shipments from Gamestop they started sending me total crap all of a sudden.

It would be nice if damaged boxes were blown out at clearance price more often. I'd definitely buy doubles to open more up. Right now I only open ones that arrive damaged in the mail or those that were cheap clearance buys.

Maybe everyone is taking Funko's stance on boxes... "We don't replace the box. The figure is meant to be removed and enjoyed out of the box." If Funko can get away with sending wrecked boxes in their sub boxes and not replacing them maybe the other online stores are getting wise. Soon, every online retailer will just have a disclaimer of, "While we will attempt to ship your item in such a way to avoid damage, please be aware that boxes might not be mint and color variations and paint flaws may also exist." Basically, good luck and enjoy whatever you get because it's probably not mint... and now that we have the disclaimer we're not obligated to even come close.

I have a huge problem with that stance!
I am an in-box collector, that is my preference. If I am paying you for something, it is not your place to tell me how to handle it or what to do with it. If I am paying you, it is your job to make sure it is taken care of so that when it arrives I have the choice to open it or not. If I prefer to not open it and the box is damaged, your customer service should be able and willing to fix the situation. The returned product can be sold as "box not mint" or something to that nature.
I have no problem resorting to drastic measures to ensure I get a replacement where the box is in a more acceptable condition. ;-)

Got charged today, got a charge of $23.49, I signed up with the 50% off deal so I'm guessing I'll get 4 Pops? Signed up for the 12 pack so a little disappointing, especially as there are a bunch of newer common releases on my list. We'll see what I get!

My prob with that stance is if Funko always intended you to take them out of the box then why sell $8 pop stacks... Kinda seems to go against what you preach...

I'm disappointed as well. I signed up for the 12 pack with the 50% off too and I made sure I had at least 30 or so commons on my want list. Check my order status today it looks like they're only sending me 2! Still works out to being $15 for two pops which isn't terrible, but I am kinda bummed since it's not the $5 per that I was hoping for. Makes me much less likely to continue a subscription with them. Based on the past posts I just hope they show up in one piece.

Got charged for my 2 POPs yesterday.

For those missing a few POPs on your order, you may get a separate charge. For US customers, they try to find a distributor that has as many of your wants as possible before moving to another one. Each distributor is one shipment and one charge. Cannot be 100% certain, but it has happened in the past.
