I want the red trooper but my local target is horrible with pops and last year TRU did not stock any pops at all so just ran to walmart. The BB walmart exclusive already hit the floor so i have one i wanted already

Getting late in the cycle to have no official word from Funko. Don't get me wrong, that makes the hunt a bit easier on one hand without the same demand. On the other, it's speculation on when and where.

I bet they're waiting for Force Friday, which is incredibly foolish. HT Nerdette just said tonight that she still can't say what exclusive they have, even though most of us know what it is by now. Last year they announced the Rogue One Pops 29 days before Force Friday. That would of been the logical way of doing things this year.

Funko has said on numerous occasions that they won't announce anything until force Friday. And technically last year wasn't force Friday since everyone is calling this force Friday II. Which I think is kind of dumb, but that's not on Funko. That's a Disney thing.

I was lucky enough to get 4 of these from TRU already. I got up to the checkout and assumed they'd tell me they couldn't sell them but the lady overrode the register. The Chewie is my favorite so far.

Also, did anyone notice they just repackaged the first order flametrooper? #67... kind of lame.

That's the HT exclusive. I haven't heard anything on GS. They're being uncharacteristically tight lipped.

That's gonna be an issue. The repacks, especially Phasma, will likely be clogging up space that could otherwise be used for Pops people actually want. My local Walmart still had a TON of Phasma Pops left until earlier this year when they were finally removed after a toy reset. It was easily the worst selling Pop from TFA. The troopers also did not sell well, but better than Phasma. The only other one they had trouble getting rid of was C-3PO. Everything else sold well, especially BB-8. He was a pain to find, despite being a regular release. I'd say about 90% of what Walmart had left was Phasma. It was that bad.

The masked Kylo Ren reuses the same head, but the body is slightly different. The cape goes over his shoulders now. I think that's it.

I feel like the repacking of commons are completely unnecessary, there will be plenty of pops released now and in future waves no need to flood the market with pops in new boxes.
A new phasma would have been amazing, I know we dont have much to pull from for her character in the new movie they could of done something.

I'm first now catching up to what is being released. I can't believe we're getting repackaged pops! I guess it's similar to the blue box/black box repackaging, but those were pops that were vaulted before pops really hit big, weren't they? Anyway, glad I can pass on those. A new Phasma definitely would have been cool. I really like her overall design.

Wow do we know how long ago they vaulted them? I know many pops are vaulted rather quickly (or in this case over time) but to be vaulted and then unvaulted in a two year span. We arent hurting for new star wars pops, there are still so many porgs to be made.

It's funny, the Executioner varies from the glam. He's holding his axe the opposite way on the glam, and the pic on the front of the box is reversed to show him holding it the correct way.
