Re: Popinabox pop subcription
Just a tip to ensure you thumbs up or down EVERYTHING if you sign up. I didn't bother with the dorbz as the FAQ says that you won't receive dorbz unless you thumbs up them, but that's what I got this month. So seems there is a glitch. Safer to ensure you thumbs up/down just in case. $30AUD is a lot to pay for a dorbz

I can second the Dorbz thing. I got 2 in my last box and could have sworn I down voted them. I think when they added categories it messed things up. I was really careful this time and double checked my wishlist.
I wish they didn't push the billing date back for US subscribers. It already takes about 2 weeks to receive my box, so it's going to be like I skipped February by the time the next one gets here.

Oh dear thats a bit worrying. My order is packing and ive just done what yoy guys have done and said no thanks to the whole category rather than thumbing down each single one. The concept of this pop in a box is a good one but they've obviously got some improving to do. I think having to thumbs down EVERYTHING you dont want is too tedious, you should just have to thumbs up anything you might want, and never be sent anything you dont thumbs up.

Re: Popinabox pop subcription
So far they've been brilliant with me, quick email responses (less than 24 hours) and I've just received my first box. Seems well worth it as the first 5 of 12 I ordered (as they get sent in batches) added up to around £65 worth of pop vinyl already.
Not bad considering I paid £51 for the whole 12

I did my first one last night, same as you 12 pops for £51. Showing as dispatched already but theres only 8, could the other 4 still be to come later in the month then?

If you got charged the full £51 then the rest are probably awaiting dispatch, I've had them ship pops from the same order separately a couple of times.

Theres only 8 on my order page and my email receipt shows i have only been charged for the 8. Im not surprised though because looking through their in stock items they have barely anything in stock, i could only see a few items in stock that are on my wish list out of probably 100+ pop's, im actually surprised they've found me 8 items, it better not be dorbz or tee's.

As long as you've thumbs down everything you won't get tees. But with the stock I wouldn't worry, I got 3 of my five today that didn't show as in stock and in fact were all exclusives. Whatever your receipt has charged you'll get. Think I remember ready somewhere that they has different dispatch points so maybe that's why they come seperately

Re: Popinabox pop subcription
Thinking about signing up for this while it's 50% off... just went through every page and thumbs-up or downed every single item I could find. Most 'common' pops I'm missing seem to be pre-orders, so not sure how it'll go... if I go for the 12-pack and they can only find 4 on my list, what happens? Do I get refunded the difference, do they roll me over until they can find them, etc? I'm thinking of trying the 12 since it's the best value but I don't want to be hanging around so long that I get enrolled in another month of 12 at full-price.

Well then, nevermind.
Needed to wait until payday to try this out, that's a damn shame. Wife was looking forward to recording what we got.

We use Yodel and Royal Mail normally, we do advise it can take up to 10 working days to arrive but if you do have any further queries you can always message info@popinabox.co.uk and it will be answered within 24 hours

Re: Popinabox pop subcription
So my other box came today so I opened them both on camera. Out of 13 I got one pop which is more than the average £9.99 but I am fairly pleased, given that I did pay half price for them all anyway. I'm hoping to be able to afford to get maybe a 3 pop subscription next month but we'll see.
Although it took a little longer to get here, I think that's because the box was so big anyway. Very pleased!

Re: Popinabox pop subcription
There is still a few hickups but I have been very pleased with my sub so far. I had one pop for the first 3 months and just upped it to 2 starting with the Feb order.
There is still not category for the Funko Home or Funko tees, yet they are in the system if you search them. The new categories helped a lot since it takes so long to thumbs up or down everything.
Just to be safe, if you click that you have an item, still give it a thumbs down. I have been doing this as a safety net to ensure no doubles. I know they say they won't do it but people on here have posted otherwise.

Has anybody in the states gotten their subscriptions for February yet? They claim they won't be taking payment until the 14th, but was curious if anybody had gotten theirs yet.

I'm in the US and I have not received mine. They will bill you on the 14th or 15th then ship what they can get.
All of my boxes so far have shipped from within the US and arrived in about a week from my email notification. I have heard of some instances where the packaged shipped from the UK, so that may take a little longer.
They seem to have a lot of distributors so it is easier to find a larger assortment of Funko products

Was just curious as they told me they wouldn't send an email out when payment is taken. Didn't get the notification email and was told several times payment would be taken before that date.
Just glad to know it's coming!

Mine has not turned up yet, it was dispatched on the 4th according to the website, dont really understand why it takes so long. Even the slowest delivery service is 3 - 5 days, i dont think they where actually dispatched when the website said they where, or they would be here by now.

Mine were dispatched in two boxes on the 2nd. One arrived on the 4th and the other the 11th (today). When I asked them about it, they just said it can take up to 10 working days, so not including weekends, technically I waited 7 working days for the second box :') I'm just glad its here!

Re: Popinabox pop subcription
ARGH at last my pops came today, very exciting to open a box when you dont know whats in it! They only found me 8 out of the 12 which was annoying considering i had 50% off, but the 8 where all 4 family guy pops, 3 star wars and 1 disney which is for my wife's collection really not mine. I may subscribe to 3 a month, but definitely not 12 at full price.
