I would think once the immediate hype of having to get the in thing wears off and focus is on the next release it'll go down a decent bit. But who knows, this is brand new stuff and the market always works in weird ways.

Of course this also is the very first drop and TMNT is simply a really popular line so that's not going to be indicative of every NFT series. The more niche stuff that's been in some of these drops isn't going to reach these levels of prices.

But this does show if you actually want a particular one you're better buying the NFT and redeeming yourself then waiting for resellers to have them physically on hand.

Funko uses pretty much the same system. You can join 1 hour before the drop, then at drop time, everyone randomly gets a spot in line to buy.

Given how many Batman variants there are already, I'm predicting Batman, lots of Batman, and more Batman. Honestly, wouldn't be surprised if Batman is the first to get a series 2 with NFTs.

Just got TMNT shredder and Casey Jones, they look a lot better in person. If they kept Optimus prime originally, it would look awesome if they used same/similar colors like shredder.

Agreed! It was a lot cheaper if you bought the NFT redeemables before people got them in their hands. I guess you pay a premium if you don't know how to navigate the NFT side.

Honestly, when I saw the press release and it just said Batman I thought I could skip it. Batman TAS though would suck me right back in.

I was thinking this opened the door to a Hanna Barbera set, and I know Brian Mariotti loves HB so it seems like a sure thing.

That helped me a lot so I wasn't tempted, although I did but some packs to help others out. I need the opposite, no cool Freddy's so I can save some money lol

. I'm excited for all the fans to see the Big Boys though, the burger was my favorite.

I think TMNT will be the first with a 2nd wave given how early it was done.

And the way these things are going, as long as the IP owner agrees I wouldn't be surprised if almost every series so far gets a wave 2. Only one that won't for sure will be Bob Ross, and that was just really bad timing.
