I believe they are genuinely interested with how consumers feel, and that they really want our feedback. I completed it. lol

FunkoGoldenBear wrote:This is my prediction for Droppp Arcade:
Say Funko/Dropp finance team forecasts that a new series release will make $600K (assuming 20K premium packs x $30/pack). Then the drop releases, it is not popular at all and they have to burn 90% of those packs (and 90% of the Grails, so only ~100 left). For them, they only made $60K on this release and have to run a production line of 100 redeemed pops only. It would probably be in their best financial interest to make up some of that lost revenue and produce the rest of the 800 grail pops and find a way to indirectly sell them. 100% agree that you wouldnt sell these directly cause that would destroy the experience. What I was thinking with the Droppp arcade was that you could convert your leftover NFTs into a token, say 10 NFTs equal 1 token. Then you would enter that token into the Droppp arcade "machine" and you had a ~2% chance to win a random legendary that wasn't redeemed and a .02% chance to win a random grail that wasn't redeemed. So ideally, it is a win-win for everyone, NFT buyers get a chance to win more redeemables and Funko makes more money by encouraging more pack purchases. :bounce:

Wow thats a really smart way to use up the remaining NFTs. Hope they implement something like this. Would be a cool way to win leftover pops (assuming that they were produced).

For sure they will listen to the feedback given. Most companies do this and believe it or not, they pay attention to the feedback. I believe Droppp is trying and they're working on it. I've already seen improvements as of late.

Theyre definitely trying to steer the boat in the right direction, hopefully they do tally up and read what collectors want and make some changes and better their program

Agreed, excited to see what's to come. Originally I never wanted to partake in NFT but this has been fun in experience but costly in joining haha

I think the drop survey was a great idea for us to give them feedback some of us really want the stickers to make the actual amount redeemed

Thus far, the NFTs have been arriving in excellent condition. Consequently, the shipping process has been satisfactory, although I would express a preference for the enclosed sorter.
Furthermore, the waiting period between each NFT series shipment has shown improvement. I have the impression that I am receiving the NFTs every two weeks.
I trust that they will take into account the survey results and honor the requests expressed by the majority of the community.

It certainly sounds like that's what they are trying to do, which is always a good thing. There's always going to be a company's vision of what they want to be and then the customers actual wants so hopefully there's a nice middle ground to keep everyone happy

Yes 1000% sometimes just finding that common ground and speaking up is all that’s needed people just want simple stuff that should not have to be asked like receiving undamged box’s and stickers that reflects that actual redeemed amount are something’s that should have been done with asking and droppp should have never been in charge of shipping in that case they did not care as much till sales dropped and things could not sell out so they asked for input on what they could do to fix it… the true answer is let Funko handle shipping and stickers because they already know how much people care about the box condition and stickers droppp doing all that stuff wasn’t a good look and took years to address the issue only after sales staggered to a halt people up top had to start asking questions about what’s going on with sales

I think they're heading in the right direction towards course correction, seeing more and more signs of this on the TL.

I was really glad Droppp put out a survey, and I filled it out! I hope they take feedback and improve because even though learning about NFTs/crypto was a bit of a hurdle for me, I love the chance to get limited-piece Pops from my favorite fandoms :)

My biggest critique right now is that a lot of the figures haven't been special/unique/interesting enough for me personally. I really liked the NFT Viserys and Aemond from the House of the Dragon drop, but it felt weird that the chase versions of their common releases looked very similar to the NFT versions. The Mickey & Friends and Star Wars drops were also underwhelming. All the Star Wars characters had already been made into Pops multiple times in those exact same outfits, many in those same poses, and four out of the six were incapacitated (Luke, Han, Vader, C-3PO), which I feel doesn't display very well. I understand licenses come with limitations, but I would have loved to see new characters or at least exciting new outfits/versions of old characters!

I want more drops like the Avatar Legends — new characters that had never been made in Pop form (Painted Lady, Varrick, Bolin), cool variations that had never been made before (Fire Nation Aang), and a Freddy Funko! I imagine they have been doing this for other fandoms, just not the ones I collect, I guess lol

The only self-control I exhibit is when they release NFT series droppps that I'm not interested in, that helps haha

I think companies are more inclined to listen when you give them constructive feedback in a nice way rather than just going in angry and expecting them to care - honesty is great but only if it's given in a way that can be used by the company. Complaining without a way forward rarely gets change. Hopefully they read comments like on these threads to give them a better idea of what people want, as well as doing surveys going forward.

Yes. I'd love an actual coin from all the different drops. They always come out so cool digitally I'd love to have them for real and don't mind having to pay for them if they do it as some kind of an add on to your order.

I feel like the last few drops have been pretty underwhelming other than Scooby S2. Hopefully we can get some cooler stuff soon and maybe they will actually start using protectors for their figures.
