I totally hope and agree if that happens and I’ll start hunting once again next month.

The extremely high numbered sodas were very off-putting. At some point you just knew you could wait it out and get them on clearance later on.

I think this might be it for me.

What caused a popular line to die off as I really did enjoy the soda line and thought they had something with it outside the norm of Funko.

Marvel was making every single character and just made it too expensive when you tried to get every character along with their chases. Plus the con LE were a little too high for my liking as well.

Hmm that could certainly be a factor but I don’t think funko would struggle to acquire them themselves

What caused a popular line to die off as I really did enjoy the soda line and thought they had something with it outside the norm of Funko.

I think it was a mix of overproduction and weaker character choices. Early on the Soda line felt fresh and the chase pog system was really fun, but once there were a ton of releases the demand just wasn’t there for all of them. A lot started hitting clearance, which probably killed the momentum.

It’s a shame because it really was a cool concept outside the normal Pop line.

What's interesting for me is that, I go into it really late. Next thing i know the sodas were no longer being produce.
