Harry Potter Mystery Box via GameStop

I just saw that GameStop is now offering a Harry Potter Mystery Box now the box looks like the Hogwarts Express
there's a few chasers you could get.

What are your thoughts about these mystery boxes from GameStop? Is there a particular theme you'd like to see in the future?

Also, it seems weird that the chase is 1/2? I wonder if those are misprints.

I think its being misunderstood. I think they are saying theres two outcomes but not 1/2 ratio. We will see

That's probably true. It'll probably be the same ratio as finding Roy in the Rick and Morty Mystery Boxes.

I tried to order this in store yesterday but they weren't able to do it. The employee couldn't find it with the same name as the website. They did find something called HP Golden Snitch that was the same price but that also wasn't preorderable.

The site says release date is 9/15. Hopefully the chase won’t be too hard to pick up 2nd hand if need be.

Ordered 2 since I want both minis. Hoping I get lucky on the pops, even though luck is rarely on my side with the pops! I liked it better when it was advertising the chases as 1/2 chance! Knew it was too good to be true!

They should make a Mr. Rogers box just like that and have Charlie as the train and have some characters from land of make believe with Mr. Rogers.

I guess this will finally ship on the 15th? They shouldn't have put it online if they weren't actually going to ship them out. It wasn't a pre-order, it was in stock and said ships in 24hrs... so that makes no sense.

So, does anybody know if it's actually a 1 in 2 chance or if they just mean you will get 1 of the 2? lol

I wouldn't be surprised if I get the Chase because I don't want it, but if I had wanted it I'd probably never have a shot.

EDIT: Ok, checked my email and it shipped 4 minutes ago (4:44 cst). When they said 24hrs they clearly obviously meant 2 weeks. But guys, guys, you guys, GS is clearly stalking the forum lol

Yeah the boxes are not sealed. I can confirm this. So if your GS employee is cool - they will let you take a peek inside lol

I ordered 2 online and am also heading into the store tomorrow. It's 1 in 2 so cant be that difficult.

Bought a box this afternoon, common Sirius and Trelawny. Didn't have the chance to peak at either of the two boxes they had.

I stopped in for another pop and picked one up today since they had that pro thing going on, I got the same box of the 4 items I got the two I didnt want lol

. I do really like the shrunken head pen tho, I actually think that might be my favorite item

It looks like the Sirius chase is 1:2. Out of 6 boxes my Gamestop had, 2 had chases. Unfortunately, those were the ones that sold first. My Pop box was dented in the back too.

My Gamestop had quite a few boxes, about 15 out behind the counter. Got lucky and got a chase SIrius! Trelewanay mini. Going to try to find the Bogart mini secondary market since it's not worth me trying my luck with more boxes just for the mini. I love the Shrunken Head pen, has to be one of my favorite pens they have done so far.

Same exact thing I got. I don't collect that many of the HP Pops, but I have the other Sirius Pop so I wanted this one too. I kinda regret it, total Pop impulse buy lol

I got one box at a Gamestop with the Pro Days discount so that was cool. Unfortunately they only had one available, but I got the Trelawney mini and chase Sirius! The other store that had more had sealed them all, and I didn't want to risk getting another box just for the Snape, so I'll just wait and see if I can pick one up for cheap from people who are trying for the pops
