Seriously, who do they think they're fooling? Do shots have a super negative connotation that I'm unaware of?

Im sure its gotta be something to do with being considered alchohol memorabilia and in a box with toys

I'd happily collect Funko toothpick holders. I used to collect the...adult versions before Pops and have a full display case full. Not sure where I'd put them, but pretty cool.

I worked at a Summer Camp this summer and one of my 10 year old Campers had the Thor shirt from the Endgame box. Believe it or not, there are kids who get this stuff. I think it's not that they really think that they're fooling anybody, it's that they have deniability if a parent complains that they sent a kid shot glasses. It's a hell of a lot easier to print "toothpick holders" instead of "shot glasses" than it is to deal with the headache of upset parents.

That would make sense for products being sold in stores, where anyone with cash in hand can purchase. But since we need an account and credit cards for these, I'm still just entertained.

I can see both sides on this one. On the one hand, plausible deniability is a great thing, and I'm all for them protecting themselves. Of course parents can sign their kids up for the boxes, and then be surprised by the contents if they're not paying attention. But having seen box contents being sold individually at various cons and events, I know there's ways to get the cool stuff without purchasing the entire box. Ultimately, they'll call it what they call it, and we'll enjoy the contents of our boxes no matter what though, and that's what's important here!

Agreed. And if we don't enjoy it then do like we did with the ones that came in the Smugglers Bounty box and trade them away for something your kid can really use or that they like.
Love to Collect the 80s stuff. Also chasing the Rocky Set. First Funko Purchase was 2012 SDCC.

Yeah, that's me with the 80th anniversary box. I don't need Thanos or Loki, but at some point someone will need them and they'll go to their proper home. I do love how great this community is about trading and honesty!

I think a significant portion of the country would have liked a warm accessory with this box. But it's not like they could predict the crazy weather hitting so many people!

Early predictions are fully transparent Invisible Woman and either another pose for Mr. Fantastic or full flame GITD Human Torch.

Has anyone noticed that the amazon boxes are shipping slower than the normal prime shipping? This box and the last one gave me shipping confirmation, and a delivery date of almost a week later. I'm really spoiled with my prime shipping, and want my boxes fast!

I'm going to miss not getting a package at all, since Fantastic Four has never been my thing, and I'll be skipping it. Really glad everyone seems thrilled with the theme though!

I agree. Mine is saying it will ship today and won’t arrive until Friday. Last box came earlier than expected though so hoping this one will be the same.

I’m not interested in the Fantastic Four either so I’ll probably skip the box as well. Unless a friend ends up wanting it.

Count me into the "not-interested-in-the-Fantastic-Four" club... for now lol

Still getting this box though. In the off-chance that Marvel finally makes the F4 movie we ALL deserve (probably in 2024 though at the earliest), I don't want to look back and regret not getting this box!

Argh, that's unfortunately a really good point! That is quite a ways off, but yes, once Marvel gets in here, you know it'll actually be GOOD! And of course at that point I would want these pops. Now I'm really going to have to ponder this!

But you'd be so stylish for those 4 days! In a similar boat over in So Cal, but we're such wimps when it comes to cold, I'd probably wear it my entire 'winter'.

That’s a good point. I may keep it out of sheer laziness and fear of wanting them later on.

I would totally rock a funko beanie! granted we only get like 4 cold days a year in Florida lol

But you'd be so stylish for those 4 days! In a similar boat over in So Cal, but we're such wimps when it comes to cold, I'd probably wear it my entire 'winter'.

So you're saying if they made Funko gloves we'd be out of luck? [-( ](*,) lol

I'm saying, as someone that firmly believes any temperature below 65 is freezing, that I'd wear them happily all winter! Also...what a great idea! Please Funko Powers that be? Next year in the subscription box!

I am so excited for the possibilities.

Metallic Dr. Doom, Gitd Human Tourch, Metallic Silver Surfer, 6inch Galactus, or or Marvel 80th Variations of Marvel 1st Family.

I would be happy with new paint Future Foundation Fantastic Four to match Future Foundation Spidey

Now that the temp is falling for winter in California, I’d take a beanie!! Funko did a beanie a while ago and I missed it.
