I saw Joba's post first. Didn't put it together with panda corn, though, haha.
When I was still working, we sold candy corn year round, really. But obviously our big push was Halloween. But candy corn was not a good item for us. Even my best stores on,y sold a few cases a season. So corporate always made us display it through Thanksgiving, in prominent places to clean it up (at regular price, no less), because it does represent the harvest, not the dress up holiday.
So I was thinking it's too close to Halloween for a candy corn give away, but apparently Funko thinks like my old employer. Thanks for the reminder of my old life...
My name is John, but I go by Candy or Candyman, too.
