if you do an actual search on the website for the exclusives, some of them do come up (Captain America Unmasked, K-3PO)

Just gonna copy what I wrote in the eye on the web section:

Be careful guys I kept retrying because the site was saying my session timed out and then I noticed I had been charged 3 times on my credit card and the order showed up 3 times on my account.

To make it worse, the site keeps erroring when trying to cancel. I had to cancel item by item and try a few times each.

I actually just went online and chose the "Reserve-store pickup" option. I don't know if they'll actually hold what I want but generally when I do that because I'm working or whatever, I get a confirmation email saying they'll hold the item for 3 days before returning it to the shelf. Again.....being an exclusive, I don't expect them to hold it, but if they do, then I expect to be able to get mine this afternoon.

Guys on the homepage go to the comic convention link and you can buy them from there, the search bar is down right now, I was able to get the blacked out antman and unmasked cap, limit 1 per customer though, I was going to be greedy and try to get more but don't want to push my luck. So happy didn't have to go on a hunt!

Yea mine duplicated twice, but I was able to get in to one order and cancel the 3 items (Blackout Ant-Man, Cap Unmasked, and K-3PO) individually. Haven't had the confirmation through for the order that is sitting there as 'Processing' though.....

Man woke up so early to order online. Glad I did, I got my Captain America and Blackout Antman. I wish they had the Unmasked Arrow online too

Thank goodness for PayPal! Got all the way to the end, hit Checkout, and it said my session had expired. Checked my PayPal account and saw I was charged. Now to see if the order actually went through on B&N's end. I don't want to go through again and have it charged twice. Hmmm.

pretty much everyone is having this problem...the orders are appearing on peoples account pages though so they appear to be going through

The reserve in store feature looks like it went through at my store, just got an email saying that they will hold the Joy Pop until the 12th. I decided to order the other Barnes and Noble Pops that I wanted online.

Just successfully ordered Black Dalek exclusive using Paypal, first time it timed out but second time went through and got my order confirmation email.

Just ordered Unmasked Cap and Sparkle Joy, right after I clicked submit order it said my session expired. The payment went through my paypal so I should be good? I don't have a Barnes and noble account so not sure how else I can be sure. I haven't gotten an email yet.

I know my PayPal says I paid, but it also says the merchant hasn't completed the order, and I almost have a feeling it won't go through. If it does go through, well, I'll have a couple of extras for everyone. Haha.

Be careful about trying a second time. The first time from my tablet I got a session timeout and had no email confirmation. I tried a second time from my laptop and got the same error. THEN, I thought to check my Paypal account, and sure enough, there were two pending transactions. However, I did just receive an order failure notice from BN for the second order. Both orders show up on my BN account, with one as open and one as cancelled. Had me scared for a minute, since I ordered all 7 pops available for a total of $99.72.

Did you get any email confirmations at all? I don't have one, and my Snuffleupagus order still shows valid on B&N's website.

Hey fellow members of the "I got charged more than once" club! When are we going to have our first meeting? Ugh, what an exercise in frustration. I first tried ordering from my phone, could not get unmasked Captain America to load at all (kept giving an error if I clicked on him). So I tried placing an order for the 3 others I wanted via CC. Clicked on the stuff to create a new account, submitted, got the "session expired" message others have mentioned. Tried logging on, would not even accept my info which tells me they didn't get my order. So I tried again (by then I was driving to work), went through the whole ordeal again and paid via PP this time. Same thing- session expired, could not log into account. So then I get to work, jumped on my PC and this time I created the account FIRST. Strangely the PC had no problem adding Captain America to the cart. When I placed the order I still got the "session expired" message, but I was able to log into my account and I do see the order there, so presumably it went through. Then I went to check my email and there are two PP bills on there. Hmmmmm. Oh well, worst case is I get doubles on the ones I ordered, maybe I can trade them for others I want later.

It's such a bummer to hear about all these issues. I was somehow fortunate to have no issues making my order, although I was paying via credit card not paypal.

tried earlier to get black out ant man tried it twice got the dreaded session expired but on the 3rd attempt i thought id create an account to try and before i ordered again there was two orders already in my account.

both says open but if i click on one order of the two one is listing black out ant man as back ordered anyone got that too?

Just ordered again since I had some extra money in my PayPal account. Sure enough, SESSION EXPIRED, and I was charged again. However, I was signed in to my B&N account this time (unlike last time) and the order shows up as "OPEN", so at least I KNOW it went through. At the worst, I'll just call and cancel one of the orders and have money put back into my PayPal account.

Also, I hate that Unmasked Arrow isn't on the website. Looks like I'll be making a trip up there today...

Not yet, but earlier in the thread Micho808 posted that they talked to BN customer service, and PayPal orders are getting error messages but are submitting fine. The issue is apparently causing delays in the emails as well. It sounds like we should be fine.

I got multiple check out errors and tried placing the same order multiple times due to them. I ended up with 4 duplicate orders. CS is having a hard time canceling the duplicates. Be carefule.

I did one order for unmasked captain and it went through but then I tried Antman and one other and got session expired, then tried just Antman and got same thing. So now I have 3 pending things on my credit card and I only know the Unmasked Cap is a definite. Doesn't help I checked out as a guest, cause I don't have an account. I got no emails for the second and third try.

Just got off the phone after 45 mins with a CS rep to cancel my dupe orders, and they informed me that K-3P0 is actually oversold and people will be getting cancellation notices later today. Bit of a bummer, but of the exclusives, that was my least desired one, so I'll live without it.
