Apparently they stopped taking preorders on him yesterday. I had a buddy try to get him and they said they stopped taking preorders. Anyone else have that problem?

You should talk to the manager or corporate. They should let you place a pre order if I just did yesterday.

Man Gamestop really sucks when it comes to preorders for pops. I mean come on why have a cutoff date other than the date of release?

Their cut off is 2 weeks before the actual release from what I've been told. That GameStop that told you that you can't pre order is incorrect since a couple of us have placed pre orders after you tried.

Yup. When I first tried to preorder kratos yesterday, I got a fairly new GameStop employee who told me he's pretty sure they don't do preorders for toys and collectibles, only games. So I asked the other GameStop employee at the other counter and he said they yup they do. I then tried to preorder a couple of those star wars exclusive coming out next week, and he told me they can't accept preorders for those since its past the cutoff date.

I hope they make his blades larger and a little more defined sculpt in this one. I hope they dont just use the same old sculpt with a new paint job [-o<

It's just a different skin in the game/ same character, same weapons. I'm fairly certain it will be the exact same sculpt, using the same molds. A new sculpt would require new molds and additional expense, which isn't likely.

Probably part of the reason, other part is, its exclusive to them so they can do w/e they want lol

on a serious point, they will probably put him online when it gets closer to release. We only know cuz of the inventory print out they have. Remember there isnt even a picture of him yet (leaks/reveals), but we have an idea based on the game (duh)

Stopped by yesterday for the SW set and also asked about this one as well. Only 1-2 preorders at my store and with how yesterday went, I don't see getting one on day one as being a problem, just be there when the doors open!

Stopped in and pre ordered mine today... no issues just gave them the SKU number. They had a stack of the SW exclusives, for the first time in my life I refused to buy them. I am only focusing on a couple lines... they had one R2 left and the guy behind me I knew was going to buy each so I let him have it, I know he was very nervous as he heard I was pre ordering a pop.

Take this for what it is worth and with a grain of sand but I was in GS tonight and the guy working tonight said that their Kratos pop will be a new mold. Now like I said take it for what its worth, which is face value, but I truly am hoping the guy is right.

Preordered mine yesterday. Like a lot of other people, I had no trouble at all. Fortunately, the GameStop I go to is filled with employees that are extremely knowledgeable of their store and what they carry, so this guy knew exactly what I was talking about.

While I doubt it will be a new mold, I'm just excited to see the new paint job!

If this one isn't a new mold I wouldn't worry because I gotta guess one will eventually come.
