For a second it looked like the Funko SDCC sticker was halogram sticker or ones the change pictures? Also, Thank you Nightmare for the streamlined catalog of the exclusives. I did get thrown for a second through as the hint list said 2013 so I was like man this hint list looks like the current one, are we getting the same stuff as last year? Figured it out though. Thanks, again!

Your welcome. Your sig is cool I never thought much of Olaf until I saw Frozen recently. Probably, my favorite character in that movie!

I think these should be reversed
the 2-pack is 2500 and the 4-pack is limited edition

Haha. I just hope my one and only close Barnes and Nobles does this. I'll be calling them on the 23rd and camping by their front doors.

I'm sorta lucky because I'm pretty sure that I am the only one in my area who goes to Barnes and Noble for Pops the ones around me have had the same ones for weeks now.
(Hot Topic is different though because apparently people bought all of the Burnt Stay Pufts >.<)

I know what you mean. My B&N hasn't changed their Pop stock in weeks. It's like no one even looks at them, it seems, except for that one Jack Sparrow that went missing!
But, HT..they flock. I was hunting crystal ponies for the forum, and the guy was all "YEAH! We have them! Got them in today!" But then he looked and they were gone. They even had TWO. I will keep looking!
And, I did forget to say thank you, Marie, for doing this. It gets me all hyped up and excited about the exclusives even more. I try to tell my husband about it. He doesn't understand. xP

I'm going to also be totally annoying right now. I've noticed that people are already posting these on eBay! And some are actually selling. I saw the four-pack selling for $60, but I think they sold out within hours. And then some of them are so expensive! Seems silly. I'm guessing there's a huge mark-up the first few weeks in and following SDCC, but should it be such a rush to purchase them?

I saw those listings and their silly prices. There will always be collectors out there with more sense than money. There are also collectors who aren't part of the board, or one of the FB groups, who may not know that there are Internet retailers who will offer SDCC exclusives at very close to the booth price.

I'm really kind of surprised at the large run for each of these "exclusives" It's so weird to think that just 2 years ago the run was 480, last year the run was like 1000, and now it's up to more than double that at 2500. I know supply demand. But just surprised it's such a large run.

Can someone elaborate on when these will be purchasable on Gemini? :3 Is it for all Funko SDCC exclusives or only certain ones?

I see that the amount of collectors have probably tripled or...something like that. Not only that, we have more and more retailers that will want to carry these exclusives. Such as, Barnes & Noble and Amazon. So, they would need enough for the actual Con, the big retailers, and the smaller online stores that specialize in selling toys.

Gemini's sells them during the convention - last year it started on that Thursday. You might want to sign up to be on their email list to get more details as it gets closer to SDCC. Or just check the board. People will post info about Gemini's SDCC sale here, too.

Last year the Metallic Ghost Rider had a run of 480, Tony Starks sticker said limited. It's probable there are multiple quantities for different products. I don't mind having a higher or lower amount, because collecting is all in good fun.

I was at my BN on Sat. and it seem like they hardly had any new POP! figures there other then the Game of Thorns or how ever u spell it. I when in there to see if they still had any Green Lantern POP! there which they didn't. S o it doesn't look like mine has been getting any new ones in a long time. I still haven't seen in there any of the Nemo POP! or Beauty & Beast 2 POP! there.

It did mention some of the quantities in the memo. Again this is all from memory, so just know I'm off:
POPs 3-6 for each store
Blindboxes 12-18 for each store.
1 per customer. Only one. Not one of each.
Well it looks like I will be taking July 24th off work.

On both sides, no less! "I'll sell something I hope to get at some point in the future." "And > will buy your imaginary object that you might get, rather than look myself in the same places you will.."
eBay often has absurdities - on any given day you can find people buying books and blu-rays for more than they are on Amazon. Or bidding frantically on Auction #1 (started at 99c, now $20) and ignoring Auction #2 (started at $5, no bids) for the exact same thing for... either reasons of stupidity (probably) or fascinating questions of psychological impulse (...also probably). Crazy indeed..

Shouldn't the name of these be changed from SDCC exlusives??? Is it just me or are these really not SDCC exclusives if they are available at other places??? Gemini and Fugitive always got these. Then popcultcha and a few others. Now regular retailers. Not really a SDCC exclusive. I am still buying the ones I like at Comic Con though

And THIS is why I cannot bring myself to buy those. I'm too immature for that. You should ask Ross to see his photoshopped picture of the set
Anyway, that whole B&N thing is pretty sweet! I doubt my stores will be participating.
Also, I am kind of hoping Amazon will accidentally release the SDCC ponies again.

They're still being made for ComicCon* even if they wind up being sold elsewhere. And I'm sure B&N - if this is true, hopefully so! - have paid the organisers a lot for the privilege of having a small handful to sell.*If you want to propose a namechange, start with COMICCon! Yeah it's weird to see them show up at Big Box Stores like Barnes & Nobles. I always thought of Gemini and Fugitive as like specialty toy stores and it made sense for them to sell them. Like you wont catch Hasbro providing their exclusives to Toys R Us to sell. It's just leaving a bad taste in my mouth that so many are being produced to cater to a store like B&N.
