when I was a kid Humphrey the Bear was one of my favorite Disney Characters. Far too remote for him to ever become a Pop but a great character none the less.

I'd argue that Max is in the realm of possible... He is ALWAYS out at the theme parks, and the christmas parade features him. Of the Disney afternoon characters I could see him, Scrooge, and Huey, Dewey, and Louie

I could see Darkwing Duck happening! But maybe that's mostly wishful thinking. I could also see Tail spin variants of Louie and Baloo since the face molds exist.

I'd love to see Clarabelle Cow and Cinderella's stepsisters but I'd put them on the "highly unlikely" list.

Also Oliver and Co, Basil the great Mouse Detective.. Really most of the lesser known and loved Disney movies.

Oh no! I need Daisy Duck! I think she has a good chance as well. After the "fab 5" she usually gets included in Disney merchandise. After Minnie and Mary Poppins, she a top fave of mine.

The last time I asked Funko about this, which I believe was at the beginning of this year, they said there were no plans for them at the moment, but they have not been ruled out for the future. Plus with Funko's 20th anniversary line coming out in the fall who knows what might pop up. According to Brian in his interview with Ron at Toy Fair, what's in the catalog for NBC is just a small part of what we'll be seeing from Funko this year.
