Is the Jubilee chase only a difference in the mouth? Not much of a chase to me.

Lately, I've been seeing a bunch of chases that seem pretty thoughtless. It's not every single one, but a lot of them feel really lazy, you know?

Correct. I’m super stoked that I’m getting 2 Jubes. I’m not too disappointed in the chase outside of it not being GItD. The battle damage was a great moment in the show, so I’m glad they are paying tribute to it.

Plus she is in her Vampire outfit. Now I just need a Wondra Jubes and a Generation-X outfit and I’ll be set.

Yeah I always felt that way GiTD chases like an easy out to make a chase.

I disagree. White Queen, definitely! Dazzler, absolutely. Jubes would be more GITD - plasmoids, hands and glasses specifically IMO.
