Totally! He was perfect for the role!

Who ever is going to play the next wolvie is going to have big shoes to fill. Huge was pretty good.

To be honest it would be hard to match Hugh Jackman's performance. He IS Wolverine in my mind.

It will be weird at first having somebody else playing wolverine, we are all so use to hugh after all these years.

Aside from the obvious greats (Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellan), I also thought they did well with James Marsden. I really like him as an actor, but Scott/Cyclops has always really annoyed me. And he ANNOYED me in the movie! So obviously he was well cast!

Unfortunately, I can understand. I had such high hopes for what they'd do in the movies, but was never really happy with what they gave us. I want comic Rogue - sassy & Southern! Starting her off so young really took away from that. I'm hoping in any reboot that they start her very similar to the pops we're getting!

Agreed. I was introduced to her as that version and loved her. A lot of my family is from the south and are sarcastic so I think that also initially drew me to her

I had to see it because it had Rogue in it, even though I knew it wouldn't be anywhere near what I was hoping for. Honestly, it's been years since I've seen it, but that's what I remember from it.

A Rogue army, yes! We're off to a good start with 2! Hopefully I can find someone to make the outfit for me. I'll be sure to post pics! I currently cosplay as Jessica Jones mostly.

Yep! Between 90's comics Rogue, and 90's cartoon Rogue, it never occurred to me that we wouldn't get that for her in the movies. But this round of pops certainly did her justice! Exactly as she should be!

I’m going to piggy back on everything you guys said. She was such a strong woman and took no sh*t. Seeing her as this reimagined young girl didn’t sit well. But it was early super hero movies so I guess we can’t blame them. I’m glad it’s over with the milking of that franchise by fox. I’m even surprised new mutants is still coming lol

I picked up the GITD cyclops POP! and T-shirt combo yesterday. Really liking how they are making a few more X-Men POP!'s recently. Makes me hopeful that we can get some of the long missing characters filled in sooner rather than later. Would love to see Nightcrawler in the near future.

I was thinking the same thing but I didn't want to risk it. They did not have it available for pre-order which makes me think it may not go online at all. But I do know what you mean about being hesitant to buy a combo when they seem to go on sale every month or so. I returned my Tokoyami for that reason but have not been able to get it on sale yet.

Cerebus would be an interesting idea, not sure well it would turn out though since it's mostly just the inside we see. Just doing the bottom half would left us see most of it but then it just wouldn't look right I think.

Yes, I agree. She was very strong and independent, and I think her powers pushed her to be that way. But despite the crap hand she was dealt not being able to touch, she still remained strong and positive instead of letting it beat her down. She had her moments of course, everyone does when dealing with difficult things that are out of our control. I like that they made her overcome obstacles without ignoring those said obstacles.

I'm glad X-Men is back home with Marvel. Hopefully now they can be done justice. I'm wondering though, since they said an X-Men movie is probably way off for now, could our first look at Rogue possibly be in an upcoming Captain Marvel movie?

I really hope so. I really loved how the animated series shined on how strong she was. It was really refreshing for me. I want to rewatch the show and see how well the show aged. I know the voice actors have been appearing at cons as of late.

Like me! The venomized line suckered a lot of people because of the cool designs.

They did a good job on those and got the people hooked into them.

Totally! He was perfect for the role!

Who ever is going to play the next wolvie is going to have big shoes to fill. Huge was pretty good.

To be honest it would be hard to match Hugh Jackman's performance. He IS Wolverine in my mind.

Last I heard, some fancasts had Taron Egerton to be the next Wolverine. Tbh though I haven't seen any of his other movies besides Kingsman, so I can't envision him as the next Wolverine yet.

Well said! And now we can look ahead to our characters done properly in the future! Reboot, reboot, reboot!!!

I heard the full series is on Disney+. It's one of the main things reaaallllyyy making me want to cave in and subscribe.

Yeah, I'm not so sure about that casting. I do hope they get it right. He doesn't have to top Hugh Jackman (don't think anyone will) but he just has to do a decent job.

Yes, I hope that if they do make a sentinel, 1) That it is Metallic and 2) it would be a proper big 10 inch and not make it 6 inch like they did with the Megazord for the Power Rangers line which till irks me.

And while they did do the Blackbird Dorbz ride with beast and the cloaked version with storm, I would love to see a Pop Ride of the Blackbird with a new Beast mold flying it, similar in size to how they did the Wonder Woman invisible jet Pop Ride.

Yes it IS on Disney+! One of the first things I watched when I subbed LOL. It holds up remarkably well considering its an old cartoon series.
