NYCC Exclusives 2017

I tried ordering from B&N again, but this time with credit card checkout instead of PayPal. Everything went smoothly until the very final page where I hit submit order. It spun for a few minutes and then errored out. No confirmation page or email at all. Not sure if my cc got charged either. So I guess I'll have to wait until tomorrow to find out if I have 0, 2, or 4 chrome batmans (hopefully just the 2)

*sigh* I've got two Paypal charges from B&N and no B&N confirmation. Their site is so bad. And no Balrog

arrggg, tried B&N about 10 times, keeps timing out. Guess I'd better stop, heh.

BTW amazon is up now!

EDIT: finally just got a paypal notification (without Balrog of course) so I'm gonna leave it there and try to make it to the store this morning.

I believe the release date for Surtur got pushed. I'm still waiting for my preorder.

I sure hope so, I left it as Open for Game Stop.

Same that's what happened to me twice when I tried to order Balrog.

I tried PayPal twice and tried a card the third time. My card was charged.

I'm on the waiting game to from BN. Ordered 2 batman, Used PayPal and got the email from PP but no confirmation email from BN.

Sigh I just got charged multiple times from B&N which sucks! Does anyone know how long it takes them to reverse the charges?

Did you get confirmation about the orders? Im hearing a lot of bad feedback from B&N website being finicky at check out.

Also got multiple chargers on PayPal. Got an email from PayPal, still waiting on B&N's confirmation email. Likely that will never come

PayPal authorizing the purchase doesn’t mean the order was ever completed through BN. Looks like there was a glitch in between PayPal approving and BN finalizing the order.

No I didn't receive any confirmation from them whatsoever. It's horrible I should've just tried going into the store :-/

During SDCC I encountered the same online problem: I would click "Submit Order" and then be met with an error code. However, I was never charged (unlike this time).

I ended up having to go to an actual B & N store in the morning.

My credit card was charged a few times, this time around, but still no email confirmation from B & N.

Oh good grief. I'm glad y'all posted about multiple charges. I went and checked my card - it kept saying my payment wasn't authorized and wouldn't check out..because it charged my card three times for a Balrog. :evil:

And no confirmation email. Then it charged me another time through Paypal. Without confirmation email either. Ridiculous. It's on when customer service opens.
