There are certainly similarities, but it's a completely different mold. At least for the head.

I'm expecting a few waves tomorrow and not just one final one, or if it is one final one its going to be one large grab bag of things. I expect to see at least one or 2 Funko originals, 1 or 2 South Park, and who knows what else.

I remember last year that both the Freddy Dorbz and Freddy taxi Rides were up in the shop. So hopefully this follows the same suit (get it?) as their other original characters and be sold online too.

I've got a feeling that tomorrow's wave is going to be filled with low-numbered exclusives. Statue of Liberty Freddy, Spastiks, Scott Pilgrim, Hanna-Barbera, and the first character in a new line that will all be just straight up impossible to get

A part of me wants them to announce more SP Pops, just because I love me some Scotty P. On the other hand, I kind of hope they don't because I don't want to spend the entirety of NYCC stressed out and checking the Shop every 5 minutes haha.

It's gonna be a long 24 hour wait...

Well it's announced that eccc will have SP pops this year so if they didn't announce it I wouldn't be mad

I simply hope the final wave is plentiful and diverse! Still feels like there's no "mega grail" for this NYCC aka SDCC Indy/Night King/Loki/etc.

That was me too! I couldn't sleep, constantly refreshing, and an all around crazy person waiting for Scott and Roxy. It paid off but it was not pretty

So now that they have HQ, does that mean some exclusives might be sold there or strictly online? I can't get to N.Y. but HQ is doable. I'm gonna guess just online at funkoshop though.

I've never seen an episode of Rick & Morty, so the newest reveal is an easy pass for me. I'm happy for the fans of the show, though. I assumed it would get at least one exclusive for NYCC.

I'm glad Funko was lying about only being halfway through the reveals, assuming the final wave doesn't include about 40 items. My guess is it will be 8-12 misc items.
