Well it took ten days, but I finally got shipping confirmation last night and it looks like Elliott and Barbossa should be here tomorrow.

I think maybe other companies can take lessons from the Funko store as everything I have received from them has been packaged great with bubble wrap and no damage

Finally found my Sex Bob Omb out in Gaithersburg, MD. I called at 2 pm today and to my shock they said they had some in stock. I asked if I could reserve one but they told me I could not. Darted out of work and drove my car for an hour, but I could not be happier after all the disappointment.

For anyone waiting on Amazon:

My Elliott and Barbossa came today from Amazon and are absolutely fine. Amazon shipped them together along with my sister's Elliott, so three in one box kept them very secure. There was large packing bubbles on the top and in the small space left over by Barbossa, but not around the edges. If your shipping box gets damaged, this might become a problem for you.
My Barbossa box looks like something got set right on the top of it before the ink dried, but it's not too bad.
As a small warning, Jack the Monkey doesn't fit too well in his slot, so he might be rolling around when you get him.

My elliot and Barbosa are scheduled to arrive today. Hoping they come in good shape. Amazon has been a little hit and miss, but mostly hit so that's good.

Called a local FYE yesterday asking if they had Sex Bob Omb in stock and they said they did. I asked if I could put my name down to reserve one. She says yes, and I'm thrilled. Walk into the FYE at 730, ask for my reserved box and they tell me they're sold out. I tell them that an employee wrote my name down to hold one to which the guy replied "not my problem." So if you're wondering why FYE is running into the ground it's because of wonderful customer service like that.

Wow, that is just incredible. Sorry you had to go through that. It's a shame people don't take the very least amount of pride in their job.

I know this doesn't go here but I told Howard I would post it here when it came in. I have to admit I was scared when I saw the box it was in today because it was beat up, but thanks god the box and pops were okay the only the I could find was a little bend in the top corner of the box so I was happy. Well Howard I love these pops! imo.

My local EB Games all have multiples of the SDCC exclusive Dr. Strange Pops in stock now. Keep checking your Gamestops, maybe they might get some more too.

Keep checking Amazon, sometimes they will get some in stock. I think that happened with Baymax with a buddy of mine, if not Gemini's price isn't that bad. Good luck!

Finally freed some of my SDCC haul from their boxes and was pretty disappointed in that Cowboy Deadpool won't stand up and the same with Zorak. Was curious to see if anybody else had some issues. I guess they'll go back in their boxes and try to look pretty

Don't have Zorak but my Cowboy Deadpool stands just fine. I know how it feels when your POPs refuse to stand up though, it's super frustrating. I had to boil and bend the legs on my unmasked Deadshot, AoU Captain America, and Pearl (took a couple of tries to get her right because the slightest imbalance could cause her to either not stand or lean really bad) just to get them to stand.

My advice: Identify what's causing the imbalance, get some tongs and a pot of water, boilthe figures' feet/legs for about 80 sec, attempt to rebalance the figures while their legs/feet are still soft, and when you think you got it right, hold their legs/feet in place and either run some cold water over them or hold them in front of an air conditioner for a bit.

For some reason I remember a lot of people having a problem finding him and Grodd. Stopped in another HT this weekend and they had 6 Mag the Mighty as of Sunday.

:/ I think I ruined someone's day yesterday. I was there at HT and they put out the full set of PPG's and I was like "Wow! You have these? I'll take 'em!"

Turns out the guy at the register was just finishing a return transaction and was hoping to come back and pick them up tomorrow (I dunno why anyone would thing they would last that long) but he hadn't even cashed out and they already got claimed... by me...

Well, I had a good time at Dave & Busters and being at a real mall but, sadly I had no luck at the Syracuse Hot Topic looking for SDCC POP!s. And, none at the one in Watertown on my way home. I knew my chances were slim, I did see some SDCC stuff but, no Gorilla Grodd.
