I'll definitely get Davey Jones. I kinda prefer the original Jack Sparrow with the hat. I'm hoping they'll do a skeleton version of Barbossa.

well from the first 3 movies, he didn't have the hat and coat for most of 4

I wasn't so much talking about the outfit side though. It's more facially, the old one does have a Johnny Depp vibe to it, the new one seems a little too 'generic pirate' facially. I kind of feel that with the old one on his own you know who it is but perhaps with this one you need it with the others to put it into context

Im not sure what you mea but to me everything about the new one shouts Jack and Johnny. Anyone show be able to tell it is Captain Jack since he has a very distinctive look to him
