I would assume Spike's price will be in the $12.50-$14.50 range? Also to be assumed the CMC will be the same size/price sad we didn't get to see his box. Wondering how soon we can expect preorders?

Yup! I definitely learned my lesson from Hot Topic's stupidity last time.

The free overnight shipping I was offered after the last debacle isn't enough to make me order them all together, either. The free ship-to-store has never taken more than 3 days after the items were available, at least for me. Plus, you apparently have to sign if you do overnight shipping and I work during the day so I'd never be around to sign for the package.

After the Hot Topic mess I will either try and find them in-store, if not get them off Enterainment Earth when other retailers receive them (assuming I cannot find all three in-store). Not doing anymore Hot Topic pre-orders, nope- not again.

That's what I was thinking! Cadance is the "pretty pink princess" that Hasbro just had to throw into the show because... reasons. She was so obviously created solely for merchandise. lol

Don't get me wrong, though. I think her Funko figure looks great.

I'm curious how Cadence will glitter? And even more curious who will be next? We are scheduled to get a wave 3 of the mystery minis which we know will include these 3 and at least three color variants which leaves room for hopefully 3 more figures. The CMC would be an obvious choice but I'm hoping Hasbro allows Funko the chance to bring a wave of Villians..

My guess would be color of glitter similar to Pinkie Pies clear variant, and she will probably have glitter in her mane. Shining Armor is the one I'm curious about, will they continue this foggy trend or with he be like DJ?

I wonder if it has to do with a new a manufacturer ? I'd prefer he be cloudy white. Rarity should have been cloudy white. Cadence should be a cloudy pink. They seem to be using a different glitter for every pony. Spike would be awesome as a cloudy purple.

I DO NOT WANT CADENCE OR SPIKE TO BE CLOUDY!!!! Clear is SO much better! SA would be fine cloudy though.

Hot Cash codes are being given out now and are redeemable from 4/16 - 4/26 2015 I would guess the ponies will be up fro preorder 4/21? But why so late? Are we getting less waves this year? :'(

I hope we get three villians too! I can wait for CMC.

Chrysalis is mine, yours, and Renirawrs number one want and I don't think we are alone, I really hope they make her she would make the coolest figure!

As for Granny Smith... um... interesting figure... but I feel it would be a waste of a release almost, I want a boy pegasus Soarin or Thunderlane.

I think Granny Smith would be neat, but yeah... not sure how many people would be on board with that one.

ALL THE VILLAINS! WE NEED ALL OF THE VILLAINS! They could easily do two villains as exclusives. Better than black repaints of already existing figures. :rolleyes:

Yes two Villain exclusives...charge $30-$35 and do a 1000-1500 run. People want true exclusives these days. I'm surprised we haven't gotten a pony exclusive for a pony convention yet :-k

Wonder if we will ever get a flocked vinyl pony :eek:

Love these ideas. Dorian, love nightare moon's look. I am betting we will get white cloudy for Shining Armor's glitter.

I'll hope we know soon when this wave will be released and i'm hoping we find out who will be in the next wave soon.

I got glitter Luna, from a local Finnish online-retailer, with a very reasonable price. It arrived today, but unfortunately it suffers from the "broken tail" disease.

Yup yup!! Couldn't agree more. Villains would feature great sculpting and detail allowing them to appeal to the non MLP fandom. The detail on PoPs has truly grown so should the ponies

I know Hasbro likes to keep a tight leash on MLP but this is the time to give fans what they want...Flutterbat

That's a shame. Kitzka and I both had the same problem. We used Gorilla Glue "Super glue" on ours. It dries clear and if you DON'T MOVE A MUSCLE it should set in in about 10-15 minutes. My first attempt took 2 hours, but I keep fidgeting. It won't set until you can dedicate time to it.

Good luck fixing it - it's totally possible. Don't use too much, just a dab as it expands while drying.

There are plenty of other non pony non-villain characters I would want, too..like Gilda (and some Griffin recolors too!), Little Strongheart, Zecora..Iron Will..

oh and mini POPs would be cute for pets (Winona, Opalescence, Owlowiscious, Gummy, Tank, Philomena, Angel)

...yeah.

then Somba, Chrysalis, Tirek, and Nightmare Moon..and maybe a Diamond Dog..

and then for ponies..

Granny Smith, the CMC, Braeburn, Bulk Biceps, Button Mash (since he's cannon now), Cheese Sandwich, Featherweight (he's adorable), Flim and Flam (they could even come in a two pack), Mr and Mrs Cake..and I personally think Star Swirl the Bearded would be pretty rad.

as for females.. Babs Seed, Cheerilee, Diamond Tiara / Silverspoon, Maud Pie, Nurse Redheart (or a nurse in general), Twist..

and some Wonderbolts recolors, too..and a male mold made, too.

My Toys R Us marked Spitfire and Sweetie Drops down to $5, I picked up the last 2 Spitfires and I'm working on repainting them into Soarin and Fleetfoot.

Gives me something new until the new ponies show up! lol

Only problem is to find a corresponding product, that is sold around this part of the world. Or there is one place that sells it, but it's an online store with very inflated shipping costs.

I will definitely post pictures! I didn't change the mane/tail style but even just repainted they look pretty good...just need a few more coats of paint.
