Sci-Fi Minis

Great things come in mysterious miniature or pint sized packages, but which great thing will it be? It's all a mystery until you open one. Then the fun begins.

Been collecting these for a little bit now and love everything about them, except for how often I pull Dredd. In it for the long haul, NEED the Rockteer badly.

I'm in the same boat but my most common pull is the Tron guy (multiples of both versions). It's gotten so bad that when I pick up a box, my 7 year-old says "Dad, you have enough Trons." On a positive note though, I have 2 Mars Attacks, 2 Jaynes and at least 2 Bloody Predators. I should just put on my big boy pants and buy Rocketeer off eBay already. Cheaper in the long run...

I'd trade you my Rocketeer for one of your Mars Attacks if you were interested. Heck, I'd toss in Spock for one of your extra Tron's too!!

I have so many ETs. Its become a joke at my local comic store because no matter which box I pull (they restock from their other boxes so its always full) I always pull an ET.

Just the Rocketeer. At one point I needed Jayne too but saw him at a toy show and bought him. On the way home I stopped at target and bought a couple of blind boxes and guess who I got? Yep. Jayne.

Jayne and Lootcrate Mal are the only two that weren't blind pulls.

Really excited for series 2! I love Neo and Morpheus! And Bender! Woo-hoo!

I'm not sure who the purple robot in the top row is though. I'm also drawing a blank on the character to the right of the Borg in the bottom row. Looks like a Trek character.

There is a chance that we will see some Hot Topic exclusives.

also, these (and lots of other new sets) have now been added to the Mystery Mini Checklist in the List, List, List section.

Between series 2 of the Sci Fi line and Series 2 of the Horror line (not to mention the Vinyl Sugar/Evil Corp figures and the Hikari line) I just might need to book a room in the poor-house. Funko is swingin' for the fences this year.

Also, the Frankenstein Jr. Pop! may well be the one that starts me collecting those. Damn You, Funko! Don't you realize that my kid's gotta eat?!

Any thoughts on a mini or two from DEFIANCE? I suggested this show in the ReAction section, but I thought some of the characters might be a good fit for the Sci-Fi mini line too.

I wish it was a Mondoshawan, their space suits would look awesome in this style.

My big wants in this series are the Iron Giant, Voltron, Gigantor, Alien Queen, Neo, the Borg, Bender, and Dr. Lazarus. Actually, I want them all. I will try and restrain myself to those figures, but I tried that on the first series and ended up getting every one.

The missing Robot B-9 is a bit disappointing, and I was hoping for a Planet of the Apes figure in this series.
