My proto is waiting at home...

Postby Kitzka » Tue Jan 17, 2012 3:15 pm

So the husband calls and says you have a funko box waiting for you. Do you want me to open it?

NO!!!!! I want the excitment of opening my box myself.

I know he meant well, because i have been dying to see who I got but I waited this long. i can wait a few more hours right?

In other news i went for a walk during my lunch hour and stopped at the comic shop close-ish to my office. There was nothing I needed but I saw that they got the Ugly Doll pops in (no chase) and also had V for Vendetta. Everything else seemed to be the same old same old they have had the past few weeks. I'm hoping one of these days I will find Loki or the Wicked Witch there!

I will be posting pics when I get home and can geek out on my pops (hubs will be taking child to dance and I can worship my beauty in peace)

Congrats. I'm still awaiting my Wobbler from the contest and each day's walk to the mailbox is disappointing so I know what you mean having to wait.

Congrats! Yeah, I am glad I got my pop figure quick, I guess the perks of being an early winner and living on the west coast. However, I know about waiting as well, my mailbox is down the road, so I take my GF's dog for a walk and check it almost every day after I order something online... just waiting for my mailbox to have a key to open the package lockers... I might have something tonight, and hopefully something tomorrow... /fingers crossed.

I got my pop figure quick too, one day after I won, it was delivered. Problem was I had to wait a whole week to open it as I got it shipped to me at the border mail place! On one hand it's like the lottery, you dream about what you might win... but on the other hand it's like Christmas, you just want to open your presents! Good Times!

I don't know how i did it, but I waited ALLLLLLL through dinner. Here he is the newest member of my pop family:

1559
1560

The only downfall with getting this little guy is that i now have to get the other versions of him. and eventually that will mean i also have to get the other cereal pop as well...

so much for my "I'm only collecting villians" idea. ;-)
