I think it's a good way to spark interest and hype but keep each release to 1 limit per household. Some pieces were 2 per household and that's crazy!

I like the idea on it I rather go for limiteds with my points. Only downside is the site is always bugged but once that is fixed I don’t have any problems with it!

I do NOT like having to spend points to try to get something. I generally skip most of them from Funko.com. Also, the way other retailers have been handling THEIR LE exclusives have been mostly terrible. I think eVend made a killing on them with their shady method, and used that to sell $8 Pops for 2-8 times their value...

Funko hasn’t announced an LE Pop that I really wanted yet, so I haven’t tried for any of them and can’t speak to the execution of these drops. But I really like that Funko is doing this, especially given their struggles in recent years.

I think the FOMO and excitement that comes with LE quantities is a big part of the fun of collecting, even if it’s sometimes frustrating too! At first I was worried all the LE pops would just be variants of Pops that already exist, but so far I’ve seen a lot of unique sculpts/characters!

I did set it up to be notified when it released but I never got an email. If I remember correctly - and please let me know if I'm imagining things - but I think they have released more once an item has sold out. Then again I don't remember if those were web exclusives or just a regular release. So do I either go without, hold tight and see if they release more or succumb to ebay?

Yeah specially because for some drops you are required certain Points I only have 2k points. I buy from the funko shop here and there to build my points. Also picky about using points only going for pops I really want. I feel like these replace Wednesday drops like back in the day.

I try to go to the site at least once a week to see surveys, etc. for extra points.

So far I have only liked two enough to try for and both drops were very glitchy, so I haven't been able to land one yet. Hoping for better result on the Superior Iron-Man drop.

I think both ways are good because attending a convention and the luck and money it takes you should be able to have exclusive pops show only but the limited drops are also good so you can have more limited pops that are not being re-released all the time to have something someone want or to try and get what you may have missed out on and hard to get is fun and make it easier to trade and talk to people in different cities and states

It's a pros and cons thing. I like that there are limited Pops. I do not like that it attracts flippers and resellers. Even if a Pop is limited, I still only buy what I like.
