This means we might get a Freddy Gambit! :freddy3:

I would lose my mind if that happens

Would rather see this in a Glow form.

I believe Entertainment Earth has a glow version of Gambit. You can preorder from them or wait till FYE stores get them in stock. They carry pops from Entertainment Earth. Don’t like to pay shipping. Lol

Correct relationships to each other
Correct loyalties (Mystique was perfect in 1-3, horrid in 4-6)

I could talk X-Men ALL day long, although I am not up on the current comic storylines, so I don't know all of them now. My knowledge mostly comes from the 90s, so I'm a bit old school, haha.

I hope my wallet is ready in a couple years time when we start to get MCU X-Men pops...ugh.

So agree with just about everything you said, up to and including most of my knowledge being outdated from the 90s! My biggest concern is not my wallet, though that's always a worry....I'm worried about where I'll put these all! I would really love to see both current and retro x-men pops coming out way.

Yeahhhh...space is an issue for me as well. I'm pretty much done getting Avengers and Guardians pops BUT they keep making neat ones, like venomized and now we have zombies coming. I want to limit myself to X-Men only for my Marvel collection but it's very difficult. The Marvel 80 Years pops are calling to me too, lots of old school costumes, ugh!

Yes it IS on Disney+! One of the first things I watched when I subbed LOL. It holds up remarkably well considering its an old cartoon series.

I really want to get Disney+ so I can watch them all again. I keep arguing with myself over saving money and wanting it. I already pay for Amazon prime so I'm debating. It's only a matter of time before I cave and get it

I’m sold I will start spring break. I think the actors are appearing at cons again during spring

They had a reunion panel for the 90s cartoon at LA Comic Con and I had to miss it because SDCC tickets went on sale the same morning. I was so bummed I had to miss it, but SDCC has to take priority. So I was late to LACC.

Yes, I agree. She was very strong and independent, and I think her powers pushed her to be that way. But despite the crap hand she was dealt not being able to touch, she still remained strong and positive instead of letting it beat her down. She had her moments of course, everyone does when dealing with difficult things that are out of our control. I like that they made her overcome obstacles without ignoring those said obstacles.

I'm glad X-Men is back home with Marvel. Hopefully now they can be done justice. I'm wondering though, since they said an X-Men movie is probably way off for now, could our first look at Rogue possibly be in an upcoming Captain Marvel movie?

I'm so torn on that one...! If they stick with cannon, Rogue doesn't come off very well when paired with Carol. I would really be sad for her first reboot to be where she is not particularly heroic! And if they ignore that and give them a better history? I'd be happy, but it would also drive me a little nuts because I know that's not how it's supposed to be!

So, basically, I'll be over here doing this: ](*,)

So true. It's been so long since Rogue has had a major role in an X-Men movie that an intro to her reboot of her in a Captain Marvel movie would be the new generation really seeing Rogue for the first time. I wouldn't want people's first impression of her to be the villain. And I like both Captain Marvel and Rogue so I've always been conflicted over their history. But I would love to see Rogue and the comic story come to life (especially since the last Captain Marvel movie altered quite a bit). This could be a set up for Rogue in future X-Men movies to tell her storyline and for character development.

So true, I completely spaced on the Captain Marvel aspect of the story! If they want to just start it with them teaming up for something, with a few choice comments and a flashback or two, I'd be okay with that. The pops from a movie crossover with them would be amazing!

Now that I'm thinking about it, I'd love to see Rogue meet Goose!

Did you have to miss it too? It sucked! I was so excited for that panel. SDCC keeps doing this, making tickets go on sale during LACC. I think they do it on purpose. Even when LACC changes their dates, somehow SDCC badges still go on sale that Saturday. Parking is horrible! Especially if they have a concert or game that day and save parking for it. I had just gotten a new car the weekend before because my old car keeled over me. I had a hard time finding a place to park it! I literally got stuck in traffic for an hour, then another hour to pick up my badge. I tried for exclusives the next day and despite being there early, they still all sold out on me. I did manage to get them for HT store outside the con though when they released them. It will be worth it, SDCC always is! That's why it has to take priority! It'll always be my "main event"

Oh my goodness! I'd love to see Rogue and Goose together! I didn't even think of that!

I know, right? I am now subbed to Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime and Spotify. Those are regular monthly expenses on my card :(

lol , exactly the same! Really dislike it when they do that to us, parking is a nightmare if we go later in the day! And we miss out on getting into the HT booth for the exclusive pops! But I think we'll think it was worth it when we get to July!

Yep, 2 times now in the last 3 years! I feel like the comic con gods appreciate our sacrifice though, since I've gotten 4-day passes both times it's happened in recent years! Ended up parked about a mile away, a few blocks off the main street - I missed getting into a parking structure at the convention center by 2 cars! So close!!

Luckily I already had my badge, and was able to pick up my exclusives on Friday. It's kinda fun to watch people run to get in the HT line, but goodness you'd better get out of their way! Missed out a few years ago when they had Colossus, and of course I regret that now! He was really cool, but I was only collecting HP at the time. ](*,) I wonder if we'll get a cool X-men this year? It's been a few years now since our last x-person...

If we get them interacting, we'll know right away which way they've gone with her character. If Goose likes her, all is well!
