That looks very nice. It's gotten to the point that you almost have to go to B&N and HT every week.

Agreed and luckily I work right within a couple blocks of both. Continues to be an expensive placement for me.

Love the look of this cap especially since he is my favorite comic character. Glad to get the sticker. I was pretty concerned about that.

Got mine in today with the regular injured daryl I ordered. The boxes were very beat up. Fortunately im not an in the box collector or I'd be pretty upset.

The manager at HT told me that they will be getting a Winter Captain America exclusive, and that it is suppose to have a metallic shield, but I do not know if that is the only difference from the regular Winter Captain America. Corporate did not send a photo of the pop so she was not able to show me one.

By Winter Captain America, do you mean the B&W? Or the Winter Soldier? I assume you mean the B&W Cap since you mentioned his shield...

On that note, I hope it is something worth buying, and not some extremely minor difference.

Mine came yesterday. It was in fairly good condition. The box had a little wear but nothing to bad.

No sightings in CT either. I'd hate to pay to ship one (and risk it getting wrecked in transit) if I can just pick one up locally and pick out the best one myself

Strange, if I go directly to the BN site, search for it, it doesn't find him any more.

If I use the mobile site link (from the original post) it tells me the two stores closest to me have them in stock.....guess I'll stroll over at lunch and take a look, yeah

I ordered one online last weekend and it has yet to ship. When I contacted B&N I was told they were temporarily out of stock. According to the person I spoke with, they should be back in stock online today.

We couldn't get ahold of one at any of the 4 or 5 local stores. We went in today and asked if we could order one and they said they had no idea what we were talking about and that if it wasnt on their website anymore they wouldnt be getting any and wouldnt be able to order it.

She claimed to look in the computer for it and couldnt find it. So i pulled up the UPC on google and asked her to use that.

She found it, said they has 3 coming in at some point but had no idea when. She said the warehouse had a ton in stock but only for "Customer Pre-Purchase" so we paid for him and he will ship to us when he becomes available...which i would hope is soon since he is in their warehouse.

Natomas had one as of this morning, use the "Pick up in store" thing to see if they'll hold it for you.
