I've been reflecting on today and I realized that we who didn't have the ability to go to SDCC have made our own excitement today. Most of us got what we wanted, some had good experiences, some had bad (sorry Junior, hope you feel better, put a steak on that).

So bravo to all those brave souls who navigated the crowds today, waited for 2-3 hours, crossed fingers as carts loaded online. And bravo to Funko for releasing these exclusives the same day SDCC starts so that we may have a taste of the excitement that is going on in San Diego today.

The Gamestop in Bedford NH has multiples of pretty much everything still available from what I saw. I asked about Dr. Strange and they said that they have six on the way, but didn't know when they'd be there. Although I couldn't pre-order one, the took my information down and will call when they arrive. They also said they'd put one aside for me, which was nice of them....

Managed to pre-order Peter Potomas, all three Hair Bears, Newt, the Harry Potter mini 3-set and Violet from Forbidden Planet. I have no idea if I'll actually get sent any of them but after battling with the website for over an hour I was delighted to get as far as placing an actual order!

Oh, and stupid question but I'm fairly new to collecting pops! and was wondering what the "first to market" on the Powerpuff Girls exclusives mean? Will we be getting a general release for this set?

Not stupid! But yes, PPG should be getting a general release next year, I believe? I can't remember what they said in the Periscope when they were revealed.

yes, the only thing that will be different is the number as the numbers over lap with Duck Dodgers

When they revealed them on the periscope. I'm pretty sure they said that they will b available next year. Which is y I wasn't as "crazy" to get them. Of course that was the day they revealed them. And didn't know HT was gonna have them. But they said they would b available by next year. I didn't wanna rock it tho. And even if they did have them next year. No sticker tho

It is so irritating that Hair Bear and Peter Potomus/So-So are limited. I have hoped they would do Hair Bear Bunch POPs especially. FP was a joke so hoping for PC.

Not sure if this will apply everywhere... but the Gamestop near me wasn't showing any SDCC pops in stock until just now. I ran over there real quick and they had multiples of everything. Talked to the employee and it sounded like they were just un-boxing at their own pace and scanning things in slowly... I was able to grab the only one I wanted.. Han. But they had Stan Lee dorbz, 3 packs, etc.

So definitely keep checking the "Store Availability" online.

I was super happy to find my local Gamestop (Issaquah, WA) had most the pops except the GOW and the Bowcaster Han which they said may be in tomorrow.

I looked at the B&N site again after seeing someone post that they just received an order confirmation. So I went to the site and it showed that Newt was in stock. I added him to the cart along with 1 Harry Potter mystery mini, password, credit card verification, got the circle of doom and shockingly, the order completed. Of course, it's not truly complete until I get a box from B&N.

You got that right! I was pretty excited and even though I drove to 6 different Game Stops, it was fun and I felt like a tiny, little bitty part of the SDCC crowd, even though I'm all the way in PA. I didn't get two items I wanted, yet, but I didn't let it bring me down. All of the people at the stores were nice, and had no issues or lines anywhere either. Overall, aside from missing two items, I didn't want a lot, but I got three things I wanted, so I would never dare to complain! Thanks Funko!!

Word is most of the stores aren't getting those in til tomorrow, but I have heard of a few exceptions.

My GameStops said that they're only getting in Bowcaster Han tomorrow (so if anyone's missing him somehow and can't make it to a GS, let me know), but surely by Saturday they'll also get in Strange and Stan, as well.
