If we'd take the route of what the mass likes vs, what funatic collectors would like: I'd guess that characters from popular TV series would sell well like Game of Thrones, True Blood, etc.

Agreed. Lady Gaga is current, but not an icon like Madonna. That's sort of like comparing Justin Bieber to Prince.

Madonna's career has to be respected because she reinvented herself completely every five years. New costumes, new attitude and new songs. Have to believe Lady Caca is desperately trying to replicate her success. We definitely need Madonna and the cross.

I remember how controversial Like a Prayer was... How Pepsi took away her ad deal because of it. I was a HUGE fan growing up. I bought a Like a Prayer tshirt that had a burning crossing in the background and the only way I could wear it is if my mother painted black over the burning cross!!!
