I think so because it sounded like from the post he was his own deal.

Whats funny is I was thinking how cool would it be to have a Blue Discord variant, so this is awesome, we need more new characters too though hopefully some pop up with him!

Another new pony has popped up! A Metallic Rainbow Dash vinyl! Also the new mini pops for sale at popculta! Not sure how I feel about another variant of Rainbow and a metallic one at that but I will still buy her. http://www.popcultcha.com.au/my-little- ... DPWY_ldWSo

Wait... so now we have a metallic repaint of a vinyl?! It looks like we are going to have repaints until the new molds are made.

Just got the word he will not have a glitter variant, makes sense since he is a variant himself! If we were to get one last variant I would want a stone one.

"Expected to have him the first week of November. Unfortunately there is not a variant this time around."

My thoughts exactly too haha a blue glitter one would have been cool, but its no biggy he is a variant himself so it wouldn't make much sense. Would have been cool to see the actual sick Discord as the chase the green version, or the stone statue version!

I was kind of thinking the Metallic one listed on PopCultcha is the pop because they have Twilight and Pinky Pie and the three were the same run...

I don't think it is, because they had that POP! available for like 5 months last year, so if it was that, the listing would have a picture on it.

Yea they always put POP! in the title when talking about a POP! figure so I'm thinking a new Rainbow Dash vinyl repaint.

Anyways does anyone else feel like the reason Toysrus didn't get two new exclusives this year is because Bon Bon and Spitfire didn't sell too well due to their quality on the first release?

Not a finalized real picture though it may be? Remember the black DJ didn't show her glitter hair until real pictures, and the Black Spitfire had yellow wings in some stock images, and turned out to be black, well have to wait and see!

I really don't like to see where this is going i don't need metallic/black versions of all the ponies the glitters and regulars are enough (with a few extra cool variants) I would much rather have new characters or the ponies in new molds possibly (as long as we still get the same amount of new characters) because sitting vinyl ponies would be adorable! Plus they need to redo rainbows mane she only has the side hair on one side... (#firstreleaseproblems)
