Some people don't have hot topics near them or can't make it in time, that doesn't mean they want to collect the crystals any less. The list is created so people who have access to them but don't want or need them, share with those that do want them.
Sounds fair enough to me...
It's actually a really nice thing when us funatics pull together like that.

Oh well I wouldn't mind doing a trade for sure, since last time I had to buy my glitter DJ online, but I did get extra Glitter Octavia, still have her if anyone is interested as well as a Glitter DR. Hooves. I want to use Octavia as a trade if I can. I guess if you make a list, put me on it

Those look great. Still haven't gotten all of the precious crystals so these are coming a bit soon for my liking. Still excited though. My wife is going to flip when she sees the photos. I really can't wait for the Spitfire crystal when HT gets them, that is probably my favorite pony so far.

Yeah, the missing tail is pretty bizarre and feels a little lazy. Even my 3.5 year old daughter saw the picture and said "Where's her tail?"

Also, the collection looks odd when some crystal ponies have crystal glitter hair, some have non-crystal glitter-hair, and some have non-crystal non-glitter hair.

I always just "finish" collecting these ponies right before they announce the new ones. Received my Sparkly Octavia last week, and now there's more! They look awesome though... And Stacey puts a lot of work into getting us our sparklies. This isn't an every pony for her or his self thread... (Unless it comes to the new Freddy's :P). Saves a lot of us from going to the dreaded EBay.

I think the normal production piece looks ok without a tail, but the crystal is throwing me off because it seems like we should be able to see a tail underneath the cloak.

Yes , at least in the first season they do! (I haven't gotten past that season) There was one episode about her, her name is Princess Luna.

There are other evil characters, like Discord. Which would be awesome if they make him cause he kind of looks ridiculous (and he's voiced by Q from Star Trek). Also they need more males in the pony line like Big Mac to go with that awesome Apple Jack that Carol has, or Bulk cause he's hilarious looking. Sorry, my inner brony is showing.

I wonder who will be coming out with Apple Jack because they have all come out in pairs. Also why haven't they completed the mane 6 yet? They're making characters that I barely know anything about before making the main ones. My wife's favorite is Rarity and she's nowhere to be seen.
