Pfff. I guess I would be more excited if it was a pony I actually really liked. The CMC are alright but Apple Bloom is easily my least favorite of the bunch. If someone wants to trade her for a standard version, let me know in a PM or something. I don't think listing it for $100 on eBay is super ethical.

EGADS a Nightmare Moon mini means a regular size Nightmare Moon is likely right? I SURE HOPE SO- she looks awesome!!!! I had actually picked up an extra Luna to make a custom Nightmare Moon- but hopefully I won't have to now!

Although- have any of the new mini characters been spotted in regular vinyl size? Is there a possibility they will go straight to mini and pass vinyl size completely? I think that is a possibility since Luna and Celestia had such production issues... I imagine they would be the same if not worse for Nightmare Moon and Chrysalis...

I'm pretty sure all the minis will have larger versions, based off past experience. I'm really excited for the larger villains, though I'm not even sure I'd have room for them. That Maud looks really nice too! Kinda would have rather had Soarin than Cheese Sandwich, but eh. I'll probably grab them all.

I would forever cry if we didn't get full sized NMM and Chrysalis, I think its a marketing strategy to not show the larger ones yet, that way everyone buys Series 3 to get those characters.

It is probably safe to assume if we get a mini we will get a large vinyl...and yes Soarin' would have been great but Cheese had a huge fandom push and is already featured on merchandise making him the easier chose. Not complaining though love the male ponies.

Me too. I don't even like Equestria Girls all that much, but her design is so pretty and her character is pretty interesting as well!

I think she would make a fantastic glitter I would also love to see night glider to. She would be a very pretty glitter also.

I'm not a big fan of EqG either, but I love Sunset Shimmer! But I think we won't see a figure of her since she's only been in the movies and not the show.

Night Glider would be pretty (even if I'd love to see her G1 counterpart more).

I still want Granny Smith! I need more green ponies!

Oh granny in like a bright Neon green would be so pretty. I'd like to see some other new Colors to. I still would love to see a glitter zecora. I definitely think starlight glimmer is far away either specially since they already showed she's gonna be a big part of the season 5 finale.

Yes to Zecora and Granny Smith! Granny and Braeburn would round the Apple family out nicely. Pinkie has Maude coming and the rest of her family will appear this season on the show meaning new possibilities. This line can literally go on forever.

Can you guys imagine if Funko made royal guards and Changlings they would be great army builders I know several people who have said they would buy multiple I would atleast buy two of each one on each side of Chrysalis and one on each side of Celestia! With the gaurds they could do so many awesome variants that wouldn't require much of a change! The could do purple glitter ones as variants (Cadances crystal guards) or darker colored ones with Luna colored armor for Lunas guards! Man I wish...

I would love to see Gilda, Soarin, Zecora, Sunset Shimmer, and Flutterbat. The others I could take or leave. Don't have a ton of hope for any of them though. Seems like only the big fandom favorites get figures. Like I said earlier, Cheese Sandwich is alright but I'd have much preferred any of the above. He's just like... Weird Al as a horse.

Me too!!! It would be a mold I would LOVE variants on! Pegs, Earth, Uni, with Cadance glitter guards, Flash Sentry, Celestias guards, and Lunas guards!

I still feel that if we got the CMC's, most likely we'd be getting their 'teachers' soon. In my mind, those would be Cheerilee, and Zecora. Of the secondary characters, I just feel that Cheerilee has more bearing than say...Sweetie Drops (stands stock-still and takes the stones being thrown).

Of the CMC, I am most disappointed in Sweetie Belle's eye paint job. The pupil is not aligned properly within the iris on mine, and of the 6 different ones I looked at, I got probably the best there is. There isn't as bad of a problem with Applebloom or Scootaloo, but I think because Sweetie's body is also white, the color stuff really looks more off.

I felt regarding Sunset Shimmer, since she's a little more of an expanded universe character, I figured she'd be perfect for some sort of Limited Edition release through say, Comic-Con...hey, beats another strangely-colored Rainbow Dash variant.

Chrysalis as a possibly larger release, makes me uneasy, because she is about the same height as Celestia...and when Funko released her, they shaved off some of her size and height, sizing her almost level with Luna. My guess is this was done for pricing reasons, but I would have been fine paying an extra 5-7 dollars to have her be as towering a figure as she is on the show.

If Maud and Cheese are in the next larger releases coming out, I'll be perfectly fine with that. They're some of the more interesting secondary characters in awhile, and I got more out of their appearances than many that people tell me, "you need to read fanfiction in order to fully appreciate their brilliance."

Though I think it definitely would be nice to get Granny Smith to properly complete the main Apple Family...though I think it'd be neat if Funko had a 'you choose which pony we'll release in a year,' but then again, someone would probably find a way to make the system turn in their favor.

Agreed. Honestly it'd be really odd to have Chrysalis scaled to be accurate in relation to the standard pony size when Celestia and Luna aren't. I'm not one to mind the scale ratio anyway. I think Funko's goal is to make them all relatively similar sizes so they all fit together better as a collection. The CMC are a bit too big compared to how they are portrayed in relation to the standard ponies in the show as well. And honestly, I prefer the scaling being that way. I wouldn't even know where to put a huge Luna/Celestia/Chrysalis!

I'm really excited for Nightmare Moon and Chrysalis but I'm wiling to bet that Cheese and Maud will be the next releases. I wonder when the next wave will roll around.

The glitters can be so overpriced if you don't find them in stores and seeing through the bodies allows you to notice all the internal parts that hold the figures together... It's just a little distracting.

I painted my pony room yesterday (the walls are the same color as Twilight Sparkle's coat) and today I'll be getting some bookcases that I found at Big Lots. There's a really tall one that I plan on using for my Funko figures until I'm ready to buy wall-mounted shelves, can't wait!

I'm excited for my Entertainment Earth metallic Dash and the minis- they were so nice and combined my order so I could get free shipping! I'm tempted to add the CMC- but I'm hoping those will be more widely available and I can pick them out in person (to avoid obvious flaws!)
