Haha! My fiance collects figures from One Piece and I collect any and everything Tony Tony Chopper related (one of the characters from the show) so between us we have tons of things from that, plus I collect Sailor Moon, Madoka Magica, Pokemon, Kirby, Yoshi and other various things so... I may need more than just a pony room. lol

Isn't G1 wonderful?! So many ponies! I've been tempted to either commission or try my hand at customizing some Funko vinyl ponies to look like my favorite G1s.

F-ing unbelievable, the extra Shining Armor I ordered from HT to get a regular one, was also a glitter. AARRRHHGG! Now I have two glitters and still no regular one.

Anyone know when the "pre release" exclusivity for Celestia and Luna runs out with Hot Topic? Seems like it should have been up by now...

I always assumed it was 6 months, but I'm not sure. If it is, then it should've been up by now, yeah.

Darn. My best friend's birthday is next month and I was thinking about getting Luna for her, but I've never seen one in stores around here at all, plus I was hoping for the better price at Barnes and Noble since I bought her something else already. lol

Oh well, there's always Christmas.

That 100th episode looks like it's going to be so great! Too bad it's not a 1 hour 2 parter though.

The SDCC ponies are usually repaints so anyone want to hazard a guess as to this year's?

I was a little worried about the 100th episode because I thought it would be very... Uh... I guess I thought there would be lots of brony pandering, and despite getting into MLP with G4, I'm not a huge fan of the fandom. The preview looks great, though! I hope we start to see merch for more background ponies!

Aaaaanywho, if the SDCC Funko ponies are anything like last year, I'll be disappointed. I'm actually selling off the ones I got last year. I really do hope they do something more interesting.

Yeah I never even got last years ponies. idc about black repaints, or metallic repaints..or really repaints in general unless it's to make a new character from the same mold. :/

Well the first SDCC MLP were glitter RD and Derpy so all have not been repaints. I didn't care for the repaints at first but they have slowly grown on me. Hopefully we get more villains in future waves and the black repaints can be displayed with them.

If we get any pony exclusives this year and they are repaints I'd be okay with Rarity to represent Nightmare Rarity and a black Dr. Whooves.

Clear Crystal Rarity
Black Rarity
Unicorn Twilight Sparkle (Just remove the wings Funko and change the Box art)
Amethyst Star (Recolor of Lyra, just change box art and a repaint)
Colgate (Recolor of Lyra, just change box art and a repaint)
Or Recolor Spitfire as a different wonderbolt

MLP Fair : G1 Pony Recolors great for the MLP Fair tons of G1 and pony collectors bronies wold also enjoy these
Surprise (recolor Pinkie Pie and add wings)
Firefly (Just recolor Rainbow Dash)

I have an idea for SDCC exclusives - flocked ponies. Or Glow in the Dark Luna with a blue glow. These are my biggest hopes. G1 repaints of existing models would be nice too.

Flocked ponies would be cool!! When I was younger and had MLP of my own I loved the flocked ponies the best

A flocked twin pack with Fluttershy and Tree Hugger would introduce a new character and a new type of exclusive. Definitely do not need any more RD variants. Blue Glow Luna is a exclusive that could work at HT Thinkgeek or Target

If they end up doing a new character, I'd want it to be a boy pony. We still have a handful that have been around since season 1 and never get any merchandise.

I do like Tree Hugger though, and I hope to see her as a figure eventually. But first, more boys and villains!

I really hope they make her too. I think we need at least 2 supporting characters from each season. Gilda and Tree Hugger get my vote this season...

I'm okay with these coming first been screaming about them for almost a year now. Any boy pony or villain will be a welcome addition :stitch:

I really really really want them to try and do Chrysalis. I realize that there are probably serious production challenges to get the swiss cheese look- but I think people will fork over a few more dollars for a well executed Chrysalis. I sure would!

It would be awesome if they released a set of Chrysalis and a Changeling. I don't think I could help myself- I would want an army of Changelings (just the thought of it makes me so crazy!)

I'd love for Chrysalis or Nightmare Moon, but not at SDCC since I have no access to that XD Since they did Discord I hope they will do more villains in the future as well!
