My daughter loves MLP, just this weekend at WonderCon she bought more comics and several vinyl MLP figures. We found a guy selling the Black SDCC MLP DJPon and Spitfire for $8 total! So that was a awesome deal.

And super exciting news, I was able to score a awesome trade for a MLP Pop Trixie proto! She is going to flip out when she gets it!

Congrats!

I wish I would have gone to Wonder con now - would have definitely bought those SDCC ponies for $8!

Heads up everyone Hot Topic in Brea California posted Cadence on their Instagram about 20minutes ago. So they are out! At least starting to hit stores in So Cal.

I called to see if they got the glitter so I can help with the list Stacey has going but they sounded very shady and were like we've never got a clear glitter one before. I know for a fact that store has gotten them before. So maybe they've gotten wise and are now putting them on eBay. But let the hunt begin! Good luck everyone. Hopefully everyone can get the glitters they want

Thanks for the update!! Thank goodness thats a relief at least they finally started showing up. Oh geez getting so tired of the sketchy answers about glitters.

Although what bothers me is that these pop in stores before preorders from march 9th ship, will never understand.

I think we explained this before.

Often times, the warehouses for the store and online are in different locations. The latter is usually in Memphis. cA stores get their stuff from a west coast warehouse. Less transit time.

It would be awesome if they show up in stores in here in PA sometime this weekend. I'm going to a convention, so I'll be able to check a few Hot Topic's that I normally don't get to. Also hoping all of our pre-orders ship soon!

Josie- thanks for the update. these items normally hit the west coast first so that means in aobut a week they should be hitting my area. just in time for right after my birthday!

Also, i thought it had been discussed that some of the HT stores haven't always been truthful about telling people over the phone about getting in glitters....

Yup, this is true. My fiance and I did some calling around whenever Luna and Celestia were out and one of the places told us they didn't have any glitters. We decided to drive up to the mall anyway and ta da! Glitter Celestia.

I think they sent those out maybe just in case you missed the prior- and also probably because people (like myself) might not have noticed (or may have forgotten) the new ship date is 4/10

I do wonder where that date comes from however. There are still no orders or pre-orders of the new ponies (or Spike) back up on the Hot Topic website, although it sounds like stores here and there are getting them...

After the last fiasco with Luna and Celestia, Luna never did show back up on their website, and I never saw her in a store. I'm hoping that doesn't happen with these ones too.

I am actually picking up a glitter Shining Armor after work today, my 2nd HT called me this morning to tell me that he is on hold for me. As soon as I have him I'll post pictures

Thank you Lara, I try to be! She's a great kid, does amazing in school, she's involved in extra chariculars (guitar club, piano, karate) and still maintains honor roll. So she deserves it! She even got into a very high ranked middle school which isn't an easy task! Just wish I hadn't started into the game so late to get her all these lol

but slowly but surely I'll find them all. Now I just have 9 to find!

Gus Gus is super cute. I'm still waiting on my regular one from EE, the HT one is going to England for a friend. I try to help a lot of the overseas collectors get the HT ones they need

I think they are gone now- I looked and there are none left. Probably when you bought it they took the listing down. But it's okay if you don't want to divulge - I was just curious since I USED to try and collect the pony prototypes- and they slowly went higher in price until that last batch, which was something like $325 or something. But I was wondering if the princesses were a fluke, and maybe Spike would be a normal price.

I think I read somewhere on the proto forum on this site Cadance and Shining were $350ea and Spike was $300.
